People magazine has the scoop:

There’s going to be a new addition to Owen Wilson’s life: He’s going to be a father!

“Owen Wilson and Jade Duell are happy to be expecting a baby,” his rep tells PEOPLE.

Wilson and Duell have been dating for more than a year, according to Entertainment Weekly.

This will be the first child for the actor, 42, who currently stars in Little Fockers.

Michael Douglas wants us all to know that he’s beating the the throat cancer that once threatened his life and he’s relieved!

In a new interview, he said, “I feel good, relieved. The tumor is gone. I think the odds are with the tumor gone and what I know about this particular type of cancer that I’ve got it beat.”

Don’t call for a celebration just yet, though. He says that he’s still not out of the woods completely. He said, “I have to check out on a monthly basis now to maintain. I guess there’s not a total euphoria. I’ll probably take a couple of months of getting checked out. But it’s been a wild six-month ride.”

Us Magazine reports:

Douglas tells Lauer that he “lost about 32 pounds” during his battle. “I’m eating like a pig” and building up loss muscle mass via workouts, he says. “I’ve put about 12 [pounds] back.”

Beating a life-threatening disease, he says, adds a “new depth” to his most important relationships.

“All of a sudden the affection from my family, from my friends, and from my fans hit me at a much deeper level than I would have ever imagined before,” he says. “And it gave me a really new appreciation of just how valuable, how precious good friends are and family. And it’s not that I disregarded them before but there’s a much deeper feeling.”

He continues: “I’ve talked to other cancer survivors about this…you just really, really appreciate what’s important in life.”

I hope he stays well, I love him as an actor, he’s one of my favorites.

Demi Lovato has had a pretty rough few months. She checked herself into rehab after her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas ditched her for Ashley Greene. Even after that, she allegedly assaulted her backup dancer, Alex Welch.

One thing has been certain, she does have an awesome fan base. The rehabbing starlet has taken to her Facebook page to thank her fans for all of their support.

People reports:

“I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010,” Lovato, 18, posted on her official Facebook page on Saturday. “I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

I hope she’s getting all of the help that she needs so that she can make 2011 better than 2010!
