Cameron has been spending a lot of time with on-again boyfriend A-Rod. The couple enjoyed a quiet lunch together in LA on Saturday. After The Green Hornet – Cameron Diaz doesn’t have another movie coming out until June, when ‘Bad Teacher’ costarring Justin Timberlake comes out. Plenty of time to relax with her boyfriend until then!
I’m sorry, but the Hollywood Foreign Press is kind of coming off like a little bitch this morning. What do you expect is going to happen when you hire Ricky Gervais to host the Golden Globes? You expect friendly, PG-rated jokes? No! That’s not who he is, that’s not what he does! As I earlier reported, Ricky is definitely in the hot seat today – after his controversial hosting gig.
“This year, I went about right. If anyone was offended, then I don’t care,” Gervais told TVGuide.com. “For three hours every year, Hollywood is scared to death of me. It’s great,” Gervais told Deadline.com.
Rob Shuter of PopEater reports that one Hollywood Foreign Press Association (they put on and vote for the awards) told him that Gervais will not return as host — and won’t ever get nominated for a Golden Globe, either.
“Ricky will not be invited back to host the show next year, for sure,” the HFPA member said. “For sure any movie he makes he can forget about getting nominated. He humiliated the organization last night and went too far with several celebrities whose representatives have already called to complain.”
Hollywood Foreign Press Association President Philip Berk told The Hollywood Reporter that, “He definitely crossed the line. And some of the things were totally unacceptable. But that’s Ricky.”
And he had no idea what was coming.
“I had absolutely no idea what Ricky was going to say so anything I heard was heard was the same time you heard it,” Berk said. “When you hire Ricky Gervais, you expect the unexpected.

“It’s ten years later and most of it is set in Europe,” Ben Stiller told Empire magazine. “I don’t want to give away too much, but it’s basically Derek and Hansel ten years later – though the last movie ended on a happy note a lot of things have happened in the meantime.”
“Will Ferrell is written into the script and he’s expressed interest in doing it,” says Stiller. As for Lady Gaga, the entertainer appears to be welcomed if there aren’t any conflicts of scheduling. Lady Gaga and Will Ferrell were two celebrities that have been mentioned in the mix of Zoolander 2, both of which are considered possible according to Stiller.
The studios will currently decide what step is next. The backing of production needs to happen before the filming will start. Since the process takes a while, don’t expect to see Zoolander 2 until at least fall of 2012.
Sarah Jessica Parkerand costar Olivia Munn showed up for their first day on the set of ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It’ in NYC this afternoon.
Hoping to recapture the magic that (apparently) is The Devil Wears Prada, The Weinstein Company has hired that film’s writer and director — Aline Brosh and David Frankel, respectively — to bring Allison Pearson’s debut novel I Don’t Know How She Does It to the big screen. The novel, according to at least one review at Amazon, is “a rare and beautiful hybrid: A devastatingly funny novel that’s also a compelling fictional world.” It tells the story of Allison Pearson, a British businesswoman and mother who struggles to balance her professional life with parenthood — but in a totally hilarious way. In its review, Publisher’s Weekly noted the book’s similarities to Bridget Jones’s Diary (sigh), but went on to describe Pearson as “notably brighter, wittier and capable of infinitely deeper shadings of feeling than the flighty Bridget,” which makes it sounds like the movie could be about more than losing weight and finding a man.
That sounds good – but here’s to hoping Sarah Jessica Parker doesn’t have to fake a British accent. If there’s one thing that can ruin a movie for me, it’s a phony accent.
I also have found that I really don’t care for SJP outside of the Sex and the City movies. She’s Carrie – and Carrie only! I find most of her other movies pretty annoying (proof: Did You Hear About the Morgans, Failure to Launch) Maybe this one will be different.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are new parents! It has just been revealed that surrogate has given birth to their daughter! According to TMZ, the baby girl was born on December 28th, and they named her Faith Margaret.
Sources tell TMZ … the baby was born at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville on December 28, 2010. Her name is Faith.
Kidman and Urban are Faith’s biological parents.
We’re told Nicole and Keith went into the hospital on the down low last week, visiting Faith and the surrogate during her stay. They entered the hospital through the back, took the service elevator to the top floor, which they rented exclusively for themselves.
We’re told the baby is home.
Yes, Nicole and Keith were both at the Golden Globes last night.
UPDATE: Keith and Nicole just released a statement to TMZ saying, “Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret. No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier.”
Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon were back on the set of ‘Water For Elephants’ over the weekend re-shooting a few scenes. The film will be released on April 22. Cannot wait!
