Matt’s new movie, ‘Lincoln Lawyer’ released it’s first trailer in November. Here’s more on his movie:

Mickey Haller is a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney who operates out of the back of his Lincoln sedan. Haller has spent most of his career defending garden-variety criminals, until he lands the case of his career: defending Louis Roulet, a Beverly Hills playboy accused of rape and attempted murder. But the seemingly straightforward case suddenly develops into a deadly game of survival for Haller.

I’m hoping this movie is going to be better than some of his latest movies. He needs a good movie! Here are just some of his latest train wrecks! ‘Failure to Launch’, ‘Surfer, Dude’, ‘Ghosts of Girlfriends Past’ and ‘Fool’s Gold’. Hopefully his move away from romantic comedies will put some new life into his career!

James Cameron tells Entertainment Weekly that he plans on releasing two ‘Avatar’ sequels on Christmas of 2014 and 2015!

James has always spoken of the fact that he wants to bring two more ‘Avatar’ films to the big screen, and now we have an idea as to when they’re coming!

Cameron tells EW, “I am in the process of writing the next twoAvatar films now. We are planning to shoot them together and post them together, and we will probably release them not quite back to back, but about a year apart. Christmas ’14 and ’15 is the current plan.”

Cameron also notes that we’ll see some familiar faces return. “Basically, if you survived the first film, you get to be in the second film, at least in some form,” say the director. One thing’s for sure: some percentage of the presumably-massive Avatar sequel gross will go to charity. “Fox has partnered with me to donate a chunk of the profits to environmental causes that are at the heart of the Avatar world,” says the director. “I didn’t want to make more Avatar movies without a grander plan in place.”

‘Avatar’ has been playing like crazy on HBO lately. I tried re-watching it, and was struck with how terrible the movie actually is – when you’re watching it in 2D. I think the only amazing thing about the movie – was being able to see it in 3D. Otherwise – it really is pretty cheesy looking!

With that said – I’ll totally still see the new movies!

Jessica Simpson felt it was necessary – for some reason – to announce on Twitter than she thanks the Lord for her fiance’s backside.

“Saying my prayers before bedtime…Thank you Lord for blessing me with a Man that has the perfect Tush.” She tweeted, “laying my hands upon it with peace ”

I find her tweet spectacularly annoying. Maybe his ass is worthy of praise, I just don’t want to hear about it!  (Although here I am posting it – and drawing attention to it…so I guess I’m guilty too!)

George Clooney was recently interviews by CNN’s Piers Morgan, and he made one thing clear…he does not want to get married again.

“I hate to blow your whole news story, but I was married,” George told ‘Piers Morgan Tonight’ on Friday. “Yeah, so I’ve proven how good I was at it, and I just … I’m allowed one,” the 48-year-old actor-philanthropist said referring to his marriage to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993.

“Elisabetta had no idea he was going to say that,” a friend of the Italian beauty tells Pop Eater. “She thought she was going to be the girl who would finally get George to settle down and put a ring on it. She was totally surprised.”

Even the star’s dad, Nick, who was in the same interview, seemed surprised by his son’s answer on plans to walk down the aisle again, telling George, “I want you to think about that. I want you to think about … we’ve been married … Nina [George's mom] and I’ve been married 51 years.”

However, friends tell Pop Eater despite what George might say in public, Elisabetta won’t take no for an answer. “If he doesn’t ask her to marry him soon she will ask him,” an insider tells me. “And if he says no, well there are plenty more fish in the ocean.”

There may be other fish in the sea – but I doubt she’ll find anyone like George!

I wonder if he ever will marry – or if he just plays up this whole playboy image.

Singer Aaron Carter has entered a rehab center to treat addiction issues, a source tells E! exclusively.

The 23-year-old former Dancing With the Stars contestant checked into a private Southern California facility earlier this month, says the source

The source reveals that Carter’s choice to go to rehab was his move to “finally get help” and not a court-mandated decision. “He was struggling recently and needed this,” adds a source.

Once a teen star (and reported romantically linked to both Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff), Carter has most recently been in Orlando working on his new album. But friends and family are said to have urged that he stop working and fly to LA to seek treatment.

In 2006, Carter starred in the E! reality show House of Carters with his family, including his older brother, Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys. Later that year, Aaron appeared on Celebrity Rehab 2 and was treated for substance abuse.

Britney Spears Tweeted a sneak peek photo from the set of her new music video “Hold It Against Me” on Sunday.

In the blurry shot, you can see Britney surrounded by microphones.

On Saturday, after the first day of shooting, Spears Tweeted: “Such an incredible experience. I think this will be one of the best videos I have ever done.”

The director is Swedish wunderkind Jonas Akurland — who has helmed such classic videos as Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s “Telephone,” Madonna’s “Ray of Light” and more.

Last week, Spears enjoyed the stellar news that “Hold It Against Me” debuted in the top spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles chart — shattering first-day sales records on iTunes.
