Apparently the fetish video in which she whips a diapered man is supposed to be a joke, but no one’s laughing. According to RadarOnline, she’s afraid the tape is going to cost her her 14 children. Here’s more via Pop Eater:

“I am scared that Orange County CPS will misunderstand my intentions or my parenting abilities and take my kids away from me,” she tells Radar.

Not only was her decision to take part in the “skit” a questionable one, but according to Radar, Suleman filmed the video alongside David Gonzalez, who has been arrested for spousal battery and drug possession. Nadya invited David into her home where the video was shot, although she claims that she was unaware of his arrest record.

“I had no idea that he had a criminal record,” she says. “I thought he was a professional DJ on a reputable radio station who had come up with a funny idea for a skit.”

In September of last year, Octomom held a yard sale in attempt to make ends meet and vowed that she would never appear in an adult film to pay her mortgage.

But now she is indeed apologizing for what turned out to be a fetish video, stating she regrets her involvement.

“Instead of a lighthearted skit with a naughty edge, it turned out to be a vulgar and unprofessional video that I deeply regret playing any part in,” she says.

What’s your opinion? I think that she is a confused, scared mother of 14. I know she is just trying to provide for her kids – but a fetish video? Really? I don’t know if I think she should lose her children – but you have to question whether or not she’s working with a full deck!

First the My Name is Earl actress was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and now sources are confirming to US Weekly that Jaime Pressly and her husband Simran Singh are calling it quits.

“They are done,” one insider tells UsMagazine.com of the pair, who wed in September 2009.

Adds another, “It’s over. I don’t think they have officially filed anything yet though.”

Continues the second source, “I think it comes down to she married this guy too fast. He seemed like a good guy but he is super full of himself and puts her down for everything. He picks fights with her for any little thing.”

The insider adds that Pressly is most heartbroken over how the separation will affect her three-year-old son Dezi (with ex-fiance Eric Cubiche.)

“She doesn’t want to confuse him,” says the source. “Her baby is her top priority. She is a strong girl though and she will come out of this fine.”

And it just gets better from there! It was revealed today that Jaime is in major IRS trouble (to the tune of $637,000)!

The IRS filed a $260,370 tax lien on December 6 against the Emmy-winning star, who was arrested on a DUI charge earlier this month.

The US government tax agency also filed a $281,699 tax lien on September 8 for 2008 income taxes. And on June 21 the state of California filed a $95,080 lien in Los Angeles.

The singer recently offered up advice to cutters – and suicidal teens, via her blog:

Cutting, and suicide, two very different symptoms of the same problem, are gaining on us. (the problem being; alienation and depression. the symptoms; cutting and suicide).

I personally don’t know a single person who doesn’t know at least two of these victims personally. A lot of us have seen certain starlets showing off their latest scars on a red carpet somewhere, usually right before they head back to their favorite rehab.

It’s a problem, and its something we should talk about. We can choose to ignore the problem, and therefore ignore this video, but that won’t make it go away.

I don’t support or encourage suicide or cutting. I support the kids out there that feel so desperate/numb/powerless, that feel unseen and unheard, and can’t see another way.. I want them to know I’m aware. I have been there. I see them.

Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe recently revealed to WWD that she’s having a boy! Her husband, Rodger Berman also confirms “It’s a little boy.”

Zoe is seven months pregnant, but is as busy as she’s ever been! “I’ve been asked to slow down,” she says. “But to be totally honest, it’s kind of next to impossible when you’re planning your show and launching your collection, and in the middle of award season.”

The advertisers continue to pull out of MTV’s highly controversial new show, ‘Skins‘. All this – and only 1 episode has aired so far!

A rep for the company tells TMZ, “After ‘Skins’ on MTV aired last week, the makers of Schick Hydro decided not to advertise during the program because some of this show’s content is not aligned with Schick corporate guidelines.”

So that makes Schick, Subway, H&R Block, Taco Bell, Wrigley and GM to pull its ads from the show.

Will this spell the end for ‘Skins’? I opened a conversation about ‘Skins’ last week, after the premiere aired, and you had some interesting things to say! It looks like majority of you support MTV and what the show stands for. I disagree, I think it’s too much for basic cable. I wouldn’t want my young teenagers watching it (not that I have teenagers yet, thank God!).

I absolutely love Amos Lee, have been since his self-titled debut album back in 2005. ‘Arms of a Woman’ off that album still gives me goosebumps. He released ‘Supply and Demand’ in 2006, and ‘Last Days at the Lodge’ in 2008. Those albums are each beautiful – and I listen to them constantly.
