Well, according to her rep, it’s not true.

Despite reports that the two were spotted on a flirty date, Scarlett Johansson and SNL‘s Jason Sudeikis are not dating, her publicist told Celebuzz.

Life & Style initially reported that ScarJo and JaSud were spotted on a double date with Jason’s former SNL castmember Will Forte in Santa Monica. However, Scarlett’s publicist tells Celebuzz that the “date” was simply a friendly meeting amongst platonic pals.

“The part they chose not to run was this: “Scarlett is not dating Jason nor is she dating anyone for that matter’,” says Scarlett’s rep. “It was just friendly outing amongst friends.”

The 26-year-old actress recently split from husband Ryan Reynolds. Scarlett and Ryan announced their divorce on December 23 of last year.

Like Scarlett, Jason is also newly single: The adorable funnyman split from girlfriend January Jones in December. Jason was previously married to 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why they decided to make a sequel to ‘Valentine’s Day’. The first one was terrible! But alas, it seems a sequel is in the works, and more and more celebs are singing on! Jon Bon Jovi is the latest!

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the singer has just been cast to play a rocker (shocking!) in ‘New Year’s Eve’. He’ll play the love interest of Halle Berry. The two – who have broken up – come face to face as the year counts down.

He joins an already packed ‘New Year’s Eve’ cast: Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michele, Sofía Vergara, Zac Efron, Jessica Biel, Halle Berry, Michelle Pfeiffer, Abigail Breslin, Hilary Swank, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sienna Miller, Sara Paxton and Frankie Muniz.

This is no joke. Jennifer Love Hewitt tells Ellen Degeneres that she has not one – but THREE wedding rings on hold at Tiffany’s for if – and when boyfriend Alex Beh proposes. Doesn’t that sound sad? Poor Alex, can you imagine the pressure? It’s no wonder Jen never makes it down the aisle! I can’t imagine any man not being scared by the fact that she already has her own engagement rings on hold. SCARY!

When Ellen asked Jennifer about having her engagement ring picked out, she answered, “I actually have three because I feel like I’m doing the guy a favor. I feel women are very confusing. We never know what we want and we’re not very good at nailing that down for them. And I feel like I don’t want to be upset if he picks a bad ring, so I feel like having three picked out and saying, “Look! Look at this plethora of things you can chose from!”

What happens if boyfriend Alex does bring up marriage? “I’m like, “You know what’s so weird. There is this store and there are three rings in it. And if you chose one of these three, I’m going to be really excited. And if you go off on your own, we can have an awful, awkward moment. So why would you want to do that?”

Alex and Jennifer have been dating for seven months. She recently brought him as her date to the Golden Globes. “He’s never been to anything like that. He’s from Chicago.”

Actress/model/singer Sophie Monk announced this morning on a radio show in Australia that she’s engaged to businessman Jimmy Esebag, who is 20 years older than her!

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Monk, 31, said on the show, “I got engaged, and I kept it quiet so no one’s heard much about him. … It feels right — I think you know when you know.”

She previously described Esebag, 50, as a longtime friend and her “soul partner.”

Monk went on to say, “I’m marrying a male version of myself, which is dangerous but good. … He’s a keeper.”

The Daily Mail reports that Monk described her engagement ring as a “chandelier,” which was designed by a jeweler friend of her fiance. She also revealed that Esebag proposed to her at Monk’s favorite LA restaurant.

Monk has been romantically linked with Benji Madden, Ryan Seacrest and ‘Entourage’ star Kevin Connolly in the past.

Esebag is chairman of America’s Licensing Holding Group, which owns the rights to the Playboy brand, and is also involved with Elite Modeling Agency.
