After being married to John Mellencamp for 18 years, Elaine Irwin is breaking her silence about their breakup. The 41-year-old Almay model is taking the split very, very well!

“The only thing certain in life is change itself,” the mother of two told GlobalGrind.com. “Change is good, some would say it is our greatest teacher, and I am embracing it.”

Mellencamp, who has been quietly dating Meg Ryan since the split, filed divorce papers last week.

A Hollywood agent named Ed Meyer recently announced that he had bought the rights to Jessica Simpson’s long-buried exercise tape. Jessica’s lawyers have fired back a strongly-worded letter informing Ed he has NO RIGHTS to the video, and tell him if the tape ever surfaces, he will face litigation.

Jessica filmed an exercise tape for Speedfit back in 2005.

Doesn’t this make you wonder what’s on the tape? Why would she go to such lengths to keep the video hidden? Now I’m dying to see it!

“You have no enforceable rights of any sort in the so-called Jessica Simpson-Exercise Video From Speedfit,” one of Jessica’s lawyers wrote in a letter to Meyer dated January 26. The lawyer warns that is the tape is released or marketed, “my clients will pursue all available means of legal redress against you.”

Meyer, however, remains unfazed. He fired back with a letter claiming that the arbitration settlement that prevented the tape from being released was built on a flawed foundation.

He also wrote: “Simply, Jessica Simpson took the money and ran.”

Simpson was reportedly paid $500,000 for the video but contended that Astilean did not produce a suitable final product. Jessica won the legal battle and Astilean was ordered to pay Jessica’s business manager David Levin $50,000 for defamation.

Meyer also wants to depose Simpson and wrote to her lawyers: “While you address many other non-issues in your letter, we will explore these non-issues, at Deposition and when I get Jessica Simpson on the stand in open court in-front of the Jury, Press and the Public.”

Sounds to me that Jessica filmed the video – but in the end, didn’t like how she looked – and backed out. Sketchy!

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom did some shopping at the Louis Vuitton store in Beverly Center in Los Angeles. Louis Vuitton knows how to treat its customers as Khloe shopped with a champagne glass in hand and the cute pair didn’t leave empty handed. The couple was filming a scene for their new E! show titled Khloé & Lamar.

How did we miss this before? I’ve never seen a closeup of this terrible tattoo before! According to TMZ, the artist decided he didn’t like his original tattoo – because it looked to phallic. Yeah, no kidding!

The tattoo artist tells TMZ … Brandy’s work hadn’t been completed when she posted the photos online last month … but after certain people hinted the trunk resembled some male genitalia, the artist decided to snip the tip.

The artist, Peter Koskela, tells us, “I wanted to fix the offending tip … remove the whole phallic aspect. I told her I’d just swing it upwards.”

We’re told the trunk-trimming went down earlier this week — hopefully, a mohel was present at the time.

Leave it to Lady Gaga to do something crazy and over-the-top. Not only is it going to smell like blood and semen – that’s exactly what she requested.

According to Fashionista.com, the shocking superstar is developing her first fragrance, and Mother Monster has reportedly requested that the scent “smell of blood and semen.”

I can’t imagine this is a good thing. Just thinking about that smell kinda makes me want to puke. Just promise me this – before you order yourself a bottle, go into the nearest drugstore and give it a  test. Next time you make hamburgers, I bet you’ll think of Gaga.
