According to TMZ, Wesley Snipes must turn himself in to a Pennsylvania prison – by next week!

Snipes is due to begin his three-year prison sentence for tax evasion on December 9th. And according to documents obtained by TMZ, Snipes got an ominous warning from the U.S. Marshals Service: “Failure to report at the designated place and time may result in additional criminal charges.”

Snipes has appealed several times ever since he was convicted on tax evasion charges back in 2008 — but looks like it’s the end of the road.

Mueller and Hilton are currently collaborating on an Oxygen reality show that documents Hilton’s jet-setting lifestyle.

“With Hollywood on one side and real life on the other, this series follows Paris and three important women in her life, through all of their ups and downs, loves gained and lost, marriages, kids, divorce and more, revealing this lively group of dynamic individuals,” the network said of the show in a news release.

How exciting.  The girls were pictured today filming for their show, in an exciting clip where they go to the gym! Bleh.

Kate Gosselin doesn’t want everyone to worry: She says her family is “doing wonderfully.”

Sitting down with the Today show’s Meredith Vieira Wednesday to “set the record straight” on various rumors, she insisted once again that two of her sextuplets, Collin and Alexis, 6, weren’t expelled from their private school in Pennsylvania.

But she admitted, “They were having anger issues, acting out, having behavior things.”

Though she was initially worried, she said their issues are “very normal, normal stuff.”

Nevertheless, she and the school “mutually agreed” to take them out and they’re working with a private tutor, she said.

“My kids are back,” she added. “They’re happy. They’re functioning and all is well again.”

Even with her ex husband, Jon.

She said she expects their holidays to be very “peaceful” this year.

“I’m pushing ahead and providing a future for my kids,” she said. “I don’t have time to waste sitting around being upset.”

The audiotape reportedly featuring Britney Spears saying that she was beaten by her boyfriend is 100% FAKE — this according to one of Britney’s co-conservators.

TMZ spoke to Andrew Wallet who told us, “Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false.”

He continues, “Star magazine was informed of the falsity of the story before it was published. All the statements attributable to Jason Alexander [in the Star Magazine story] are completely fabricated.”

Wallet continues, “The audio recording posted on RadarOnline is a fraud and it is NOT Britney.

The audio they are allegedly relying on between Britney and Jason Alexander is obviously fake and ridiculous — it is NOT HER.

Jason Trawick has never abused her.

They have defamed Britney Spears and we will be taking appropriate legal action.”

The Victoria’s Secret model continues to show off her impressive baby bump, this time it’s in newly released pages from Australian Vogue.

Just a few weeks after she posed naked for W magazine, and now the super model — who’s expecting her first child with husband, Orlando Bloom, 33 — is gracing the pages of the Australian edition of Vogue in a gorgeous photo shoot, with one of the pictures once again showing off her naked body.

“It’s wonderful that I have this opportunity to do this photo shoot with Australian Vogue,” says Miranda, 27, in the behind-the-scenes video featured below “and record this wonderful moment in time. It’s been a great experience, modeling while pregnant, because I’m really proud of my belly and I’m really happy about this moment in my life. I feel extremely blessed.”
