Did anyone watch Nicole and husband Keith Urban on Monday’s Oprah? How cute are they! I didn’t realize that Keith is also Australian. I guess I assumed he was American. When he started talking I was surprised to hear the accent! (Obviously not a big country fan)

Keith told Oprah Winfrey that wife Nicole Kidman, “saved” his life by forcing him into drug rehab in 2006.

Urban tried to delay the rehab stint, fearing for his new marriage. “[I thought], ‘Surely let’s give it a few years so we’ve got some solidity, because this kind of thing could tear us apart,’” he told the host, adding that he thought, “‘This could just destroy us.’”

Undaunted, Kidman went on with the intervention.

“She made a decision to turn around and initiate, ultimately, this intervention. It was done in such a way that the love in that moment was such that, I was, put the cuffs on, let’s go.”

Urban said that he was addicted to “everything,” though he struggled the most with alcohol and cocaine. With Kidman, he found himself able to replace substance with love.

“[There] was a huge hole in my life that was going to be filled by the right thing eventually or it was always going to be filled by the wrong thing,” he remembered. “Ultimately for me, [the right thing is] love. … Nic has taught me so much and brought so much to my life and opened my eyes in so many ways.”

Sarah Jessica Parker graces the cover of the latest issue of Elle Magazine, and talks about her year-old twin daughters, how she ages gracefully and her new job as a fashion designer with Halston.

On aging naturally:

“I don’t know what I can do about the aging. Yes, I am aging. Oh my God, I’m aging all the time. It’s like those flowers that wilt in front of you in time-lapse films. But what can I possibly do? Look like a lunatic?”

On meeting the twins after their birth:

“[Meeting them] is hard to describe. Everything is suspended. I can’t even tell you what other sounds were in the room. I loved them immediately, but everything–their size, the shape of their heads, the color of their hair, their noses, their eyes–was new to me. They looked surprisingly different from James Wilkie, which I wasn’t expecting.”

On her reaction to being offered the position of President and Chief Creative Officer at Halston and Halston Heritage:

“I kept saying, ‘You understand, by offering this you are going to be criticized?’ It took me a long time to say yes.”

On taking her role at Halston very seriously:

“I said, ‘Please know this now: I will never do this for a title. I will never dip in and out of this. I’ll do it like everything else I’ve ever done. I’ll be involved down to the splitting of the atom.’”

Jessica Simpson has made no secret about wanting children, and it seems like everyday there’s another pregnancy rumor. Some thought she was wanting to marry so quickly because she was already with child. Well, let’s hope not, because according to the NY Post, she spent Tuesday night getting trashed with her fiance! Jessica Simpson put pregnancy rumors to bed once and for all by downing margaritas and tequila shots with new fiancé Eric Johnson at Stanton Social after performing at the Rockefeller Center tree lighting on Tuesday. The singer took a table of 20 which included father Joe Simpson, her assistant and security guards. A spy told us, “They were very well-mannered and drank basil lime gimlets, pineapple 75′s, Maker’s on the rocks, margaritas and wine. They ordered a lot of food. Jessica let her guard down enough to steal a few kisses from her fiancé in front of papa Joe. Jessica, Eric and the crew settled on shots of Don Julio to finish out the evening.

And why not celebrate!? Sounds fun! PS: I want a basil lime gimlet now…
