We all know Paris Hilton isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, so it shouldn’t really surprise any of us that she recently got stranded in her hybrid SUV after running out of gas and electricity.
While out and about in L.A. recently, Paris broke down in her GMC Yukon when it ran out of both kinds of fuel. Smart move.
However, Paris was still cursing her luck, posting on her official Twitter: ‘So brutal, my car ran out of gas, waiting for my girls to come rescue me.’
The batteries are also supposed to be self recharging, so shouldn’t ever need plugging into another supply…
Nevertheless, Paris had to wait until her new BFF – Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife – Brooke Mueller, 29, pitched up with a petrol can to get her started again.
The pair are currently filming a reality TV show for cable station Oxygen.
A statement from the channel explained: ‘Paris has led a very public, jet-setting life. As she enters the next stage of her life, the provocative heiress and her life beyond what’s seen in the tabloids will become the focus [of the show].’
Ha. Too funny. Seriously, if you don’t know how to refuel/re-charge, then maybe you should just hire a driver?

Josh Duhamel was escorted off of a plane yesterday after he refused to turn off his BlackBerry … sources tell TMZ.
We’re told Duhamel was on a flight from New York (LGA) to Kentucky — when, according to sources, the flight attendant asked Duhamel to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff … but he refused.
One passenger tells us Duhamel was “very rude” and “taunting the attendant.”
We’re told the flight attendant asked Josh to turn off the device three separate times — and on the third time Josh laughed at her request.
We’re told Duhamel’s reaction infuriated the attendant, who then called for backup — and the plane, which was already on the runway, was turned back to the gate.
Two officers eventually boarded the plane and escorted Duhamel off of the aircraft.
We’re told passengers were pissed — because the incident further delayed the flight.
Before boarding the plane, we’re told Josh was in the airport bar watching the Cleveland/Miami game.
Duhamel’s rep told TMZ Josh was texting on his BlackBerry about his flight being delayed. The rep adds, “He’s sorry.”

Two young German computer hackers allegedly stole pop songs from Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Ke$ha and Kelly Clarkson, selling them online and forcing the advanced release of several singles, officials said Friday.
A 17-year-old high school student from Duisburg, and his alleged accomplice, a 23-year-old unemployed man from Wesel, are under investigation for using a Trojan Horse to hack into the artists’ computers for about 12 months before being discovered, Duisburg chief prosecutor Rolf Haferkamp told The Associated Press.
During that time, they earned more than $10,000 ($13,240) in illegal sales of tracks acquired from the stars’ computers. Haferkamp would not comment on specific songs that were stolen.
Both of the alleged hackers live with their parents in the western German cities, which are about 20 miles (30 kilometers) apart.
According to local media reports, which identified the two as Deniz A. – an amateur disc jockey known as “DJ Stolen” – and Christian M., the two had attached the Trojan to an MP3 file that was then sent to the official addresses of the stars, their managers and their record companies.
Deniz A. also allegedly downloaded a sexually compromising photo of one artist and used it to blackmail her. Haferkamp would not comment on which artist it was.

Erin Barry – the ex-wife of Tony Parker’s NBA ex-teammate Brent Barry - denies she had anything to do with the end of his three-year marriage to Eva Longoria.
Us Weekly first reported that Longoria, 35, discovered hundreds of personal texts he had been sending to a woman. Soon after the magazine hit stands, multiple outlets claimed the woman was Barry.
Last week, on her Facebook page, she stated: “I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker. Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship. My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided.”

The Kardashians appeared on ‘Conan’ Thursday night to discuss their love lives, new book and a very curious grooming tip: shining the vagina with mayonnaise.
Inspired by a discussion of their Twitter accounts, Kourtney relayed their unique tip to fans:
“I told Khloe that I found her sex mask under my bed, that she’s been looking for, and then she wrote me back, ‘Oh my god, I found your jar of mayonnaise that you use on your vagina,’” she told host Conan O’Brien. “And we were talking back and forth and people were like, what does mayonnaise on your vagina do? And we said it makes it shine like the top of the Chrysler Building.”
Sister Kim, perhaps the most reserved of the sisters, was not pleased with the exchange. “Don’t you guys realize that most of our fans are under the age 18 and you are bad influences on them? Talking about putting mayonnaise on your thing is not appropriate,” she scolded her sisters.
