Emma Stone ditched her signature red locks in favor of a blonder, sleeker ‘do at the Trevor Live event in West Hollywood Sunday.
The actress’ makeover coincides with her role as Gwen Stacy in the upcoming Spider-Man film, scheduled for release in July 2012.
“My natural hair is blonde, so it’s kind of nice,” Stone, 22, recently told MTV. “I looked in the mirror and said, ‘Oh my god, it’s me again! It’s been so long!’”
I’m surprised to hear she’s naturally blonde. The red looks so great on her! I prefer darker hair on her, but she’s beautiful either way!

Chelsea Handler went off on Angelina Jolie during a standup performance in New Jersey over the weekend (via Hollywoodlife.com), calling the actress a f**king homewrecker and worse.

Director Adam Shankman confirms Tom Cruise is in talks to join movie adaptation of Rock of Ages, a musical set on the Sunset Strip that uses the tunes of ’80s hair bands.
“It’s all looking really good,” Shankman told E! at Trevor LIVE fundraiser for the Trevor Project.
As much as you might imagine that it was that Risky Business underpants dance that suggested Cruise’s rock star credentials, Shankman said it was Les Grossman who started the talk.
“I was really inspired and impressed by him as Les Grossman,” he said, “and his willingness to go for it.
“He and I had talked about doing a musical, so I thought I’d talk to him about Rock of Ages.”
And, yes, Cruise will sing. “Of course, he will,’ Shankman said. “If he’s in it, he has to.”
