Paris Hilton joined the holiday shoppers out yesterday in Beverly Hills, but instead of scouting for gifts for family and friends the heiress was more interested in treating herself to an early Christmas present.
The 29-year-old – who already owns a customized pink Bentley - picked out a $300,000 Rolls Royce Ghost to test drive from a luxury car dealership.
The reality star was all smiles as she took the luxury vehicle out for a spin, and even left her beloved Barbie-inspired Bentley at the dealership to borrow the Rolls overnight while she made the big decision.
She seemed quite taken with the vehicle, writing on her Twitter page: ‘The Rolls Royce Ghost drives better then [sic] any car I’ve ever driven. So smooth and such a sexy car. Loves it!’
A source at the Beverly Hills dealership told Radar Online that they are thrilled that Hilton is seriously considering buying the Rolls Royce.
‘They said that they sell tons of Bentleys every week from wealthy people around the world that request the same model the heiress has,’ the source said.
‘It’s always, “I want the Bentley Paris has.” We’re hoping her driving the new Ghost will have the same effect.’
They added: ‘Paris is known for her love of fast expensive cars. She may have met her perfect match. She was overheard gushing about the car.’

The network announced that the prized post-Modern Family timeslot will be filled by Mr. Sunshine, a new comedy starring Matthew Perry. The show will debut Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 9:30/8:30c, while the Courteney Cox comedyCougar Town goes on hiatus until April 13.
As far as I’m concerned, Cougar Town can go on permanent hiatus. I have never been a fan of the show. I know a lot of you say the show has gotten better, but I just don’t find it funny at all. I love Matthew Perry, so I’m hoping his new show is good!
Carrie Underwood swept the first ever American Country Awards, taking home six wins including artist of the year.
Underwood, who recently hosted the CMA Awards, also won for female artist, album, female single, female music video and touring headline package of the year. Lady Antebellum followed with four awards, including group artist, group single, group music video and single of the year.
The American Country Awards aired live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Monday night on Fox. Winners were chosen by popular vote online.
Surprised by Chelsea Handler’s graphic rant about Angelina Jolie, in which she called the actress a “f**cking b**ch,” and a “f**king c*nt?” Don’t be, she says – she’s been doing it for years.
On her show, ‘Chelsea Lately,’ Monday night, Handler addressed the tirade, brushing it off as more of the same.
“I’m been making fun of Angelina Jolie since she made out with her brother,” Handler laughed, joking with a panel of writers. Having done the same standup act for the last five years, she said, “If I’ve learned nothing from this, it’s to write some new jokes.”
During her Friday night show — rumored beau 50 Cent watched in the wings — Handler dug into Jolie’s famous brood of kids: “She can rescue as many babies from as many countries as she wants to…’I don’t f***ing believe you.”
At Monday’s NYC premiere of The Tourist,Angelina Jolie told Entertainment Tonight about sharing yuletide traditions with her six kids in tow.
“I love New York at Christmastime,” Jolie, 35, said. “I used to come here all the time when I was a little girl, with my mom, so I have happy memories of Rockefeller Center and the park.”
Jolie shared that she and Brad Pitt were “able to take the babies on a carriage ride.”
During an interview on Tuesday’s The Today Show, she told Matt Lauer how she’d like her brood to look back on their childhood. “[I hope they'd say that] they were loved and encouraged to be who they are and not pushed into something that they’re not,” she mused.
“Hopefully, they’ll be the strong, beautiful individuals that they are today and be happy in their lives, be fulfilled in their lives and be living their lives honestly.”
The actress also explained why she took “manners classes” for her role as a sexy British woman in The Tourist. “I’m not completely clumsy or gross, but … (the character) takes her time with everything. I’m an American! I do 10 things before breakfast.”
Kim Kardashian’s budding romance with model Gabriel Aubry has ended as suddenly as it began Life & Style can exclusively reveal.
“Kim feels like Gabriel was just using her for her fame,” an insider close to Kim tells Life & Style. Plus, Gabriel, 34, “is older than Kim is looking for,” says the insider. “So she’s decided to stop seeing him.”
Kim’s not wasting any time on regrets. She has already started dating Kris Humphries, a 25-year-old basketball player for the New Jersey Nets.

So just how serious are they? The new duo went out for a dinner date at Nobu in NYC recently, and Kim watched Kris play in Newark, N.J., on Nov. 29 followed by a post game hang out. But that wasn’t the 30-year-old reality star’s only trip to New Jersey—the pair was just spotted on Dec. 5 at Maxwell’s Bar in Hoboken, N.J. dining out. Kim, who is watching her weight since she stopped filming in NYC, ordered a goat cheese salad and a veggie burger (hold the bun)!
“There’s a real spark between them,” adds the insider.
