The Gossip Girl problem child and Pretty Reckless rocker tells British newspaper The Guardian that the video for her band’s song, “Make Me Wanna Die,” was held in prolonged limbo because the singer, who’s currently 17, originally opted to go fully nude for the video shoot.

“It was held up in legal for a long time because I was 16 when we shot that,” she chuckles. “We couldn’t release it because, yes, I actually got naked.”

She rationalises the nudity thus: “It’s such a complex song – and the video really reflects the song, in the way that I’d die for this person. And the point is: if you don’t do something that’s making you happy, you’re just working through possessions and shit; you’re dying with nothing anyway. So I’m stripping off my worldly possessions and giving them away. And then there’s hell raining down, just cause it looks cool.”

Momsen is a promoter of masturbation:

“I’m a promoter of masturbation,” she says loudly, making our fellow diners pretend they haven’t heard. “Don’t sleep around – learn yourself first! Guys do, but girls don’t. And that’s why girls have so many bad experiences. But you can know your body, know yourself, know what feels good. You don’t have to give yourself away just to have sexual relevance. Because I don’t think sex is something people should be afraid of. A&E has pulled former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff’s reality series The Hasselhoffs after just one week on the air, network officials said Friday.

Sunday’s premiere episode of the 10-episode series, which chronicled the life of Hasselhoff and his two daughters, averaged 718,000 viewers, according to Nielsen. A second 30-minute episode drew just 505,000 viewers.

In comparison, an original episode of Gene Simmons Family Jewels preceding The Hasselhoffs drew 1.4 million viewers, according to the network.

Though her wedding to Joel Madden is just one day away, Nicole Richie still hasn’t settled on the perfect gown. “She’s deciding between two dresses: Marchesa and vintage Chanel,” a Richie pal tells Us Weekly.

But before Richie exchanges vows with her beau of four years, the former reality star jetted to New York City on December 3 for her final fitting at Marchesa. “Nicole brought her stylist Simone Harouche with her,” a source tells Us. “A lot of thought went into her dress – it was a priority for her.”

Meanwhile, preparations for the winter-themed ceremony were already under way back in Beverly Hills. As tables and chairs were delivered to her dad Lionel Richie’s estate, planner Mindy Weiss began inviting the couple’s closest pals to the December 11 affair. “Mindy called all of the guests personally,” a pal tells Us. “It’s going to be a very small wedding.”
