Lady Gaga is in Paris right now, performing – or as last night would have it – not performing. Yesterday TMZ reported Lady Gaga was forced to cancel a concert in Paris due to the harsh weather – and Gaga is “furious and devastated” about it.

According to a press release on the venue’s website, the Sunday show had to be canceled because her tour trucks were not allowed to travel on certain roads because they were too heavy, given the conditions.

Gaga took to her Twitter page, saying, “I asked if I could do a stripped version of show, but there would be no sound or power source, its all been detained. I’m so sorry,angry+sad.”

Gaga said two of her employees were arrested as well.

The show has been rescheduled for Tuesday.

Brittney Jones – the woman who claims she had an affair with Ashton Kutcher – now claims she has one of Ashton’s sweaters … and she’s selling it on eBay.

Brittney posted the sweater over the weekend with an initial asking price of $500, along with this note: “This sweater was given to me after spending the night with Ashton. I no longer have any attachment to this sweater and I am hoping someone else will enjoy it.” (Go here to see the listing)

Ashton has been adamant he had nothing to do with Jones – and has tried blocking a sex tape featuring Jones (Ashton’s not in it). Jones is also fighting to keep the tape from going public.

What I find very interesting about this – is that Ashton never went through with suing Brittney. Methinks she really did have an affair with him. AND – if she DOES get someone to pony up $12,000+ for this sweater – and it turns out to be fake, she could be in quite a bit of trouble.

At 12:00PST – there are 23 bids, and the current bit stands at $11,700! WHAT!? Who are these people that would bid on this sweater!? Didn’t you hear there’s a recession going on?

UPDATE: At 3:30 PST, the sweater is currently at $17,770!! $17,000 for a sweater!? What in the world! I’m really surprised. She’s not a celebrity, Ashton’s barely a celebrity. $17,000 for a sweater Ashton bought – didn’t even wear himself? Something seems fishy.

Looks like they made it! Country superstar Shania Twain is engaged to Frederic Thiebaud, her rep confirms exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly, out Tuesday.

Twain, 45, stepped out with Thiebaud, 40, for a PDA-packed lunch at Serafina’s Fabulous Grill in NYC on Thursday with an enormous engagement ring.

“I’ve never seen Shania so happy,” a pal tells Us of the singer. Swiss-born Thiebaud, a Nestle business executive, popped the question about two months ago in Switzerland.

The couple’s road to matrimony was an exceptionally complicated one. Thiebaud is the ex-husband of Twain’s former best friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud — the woman Robert “Mutt” Lange, Twain’s husband of 14 years, abruptly left her for in May 2008. (Both Lange and Marie-Anne denied the affair.)

Twain and Frederic reached out to one another in the wake of the stunning double betrayal, and were spotted vacationing together in Canada, New York City and Florida.

Finally, in August 2009, Twain — who has a 9-year-old son, Eja, with Lange — came clean about their new romance.

Writing on her official website, she called Frederic “a dear friend and true gentleman…We leaned on one another through the ups and downs, taking turns holding each other up. We’ve become stronger and closer through it all.”

Adds the Twain pal: “She has ended up with the love of her life.”

Christmas came early for Vince Vaughn, with his wife Kyla Weber giving birth to a healthy baby girl on Saturday morning, Dec. 18, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Locklyn Kyla Vaughn, who weighed 7 lbs. and measured 20 inches long, was born at a hospital in Chicago, Vaughn’s hometown. The actor’s rep confirms the good news.

“Both of them couldn’t be happier to welcome their sweet little girl into their family!” says a friend of the couple’s.
