Heidi Montag was seeking perfection when she famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in November 2009. Now a year later, Heidi reveals her operation-room battle wounds for the first time to Life & Style. “Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery,” she told Life & Style exclusively at a photo shoot on Dec. 2. “This is not what I signed up for.”

The former Hills star reveals a series of unsightly scars, red inflammation and uneven body parts including: a 2-inch-long raised blemish under her chin from her chin reduction, two caterpillar-size bald spots along her hairline from a brow lift, a horrifying jagged line behind her ears from having her ears pinned back, lumpy legs and four spots left on her lower back and below the buttocks from botched liposuction, a bright-red mark inside her right nostril, uneven boobs, a stretched mark on her chest and deep scars around her nipples from a second boob job.

“The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek,” Heidi tells Life & Style. “People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.”

Heidi says the scars are constant reminders that she made a big mistake. “I would love to not be ‘plastic girl’ or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I’m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.”

LeAnn Rimes was snapped in a cleavage-baring Santa suit, and the 28-year-old singer had tongues wagging when she performed with the Gay Men’s Chorus of L.A. Sunday. “Mrs. Claus at your service!” she tweeted.

“I just got pinned by the Gay Men’s Chorus Of L.A.!” Rimes added. “I’m an honorary member now…head Queen!”

But the night wasn’t just about showing off her curves in a festive costume: the “Swingin’” singer was also there to support the LGBT community.

“Wow, a beautiful night! My heart broke and I almost couldn’t sing as I spoke about the young gay men and women who have taken their lives this year,” she tweeted after the show. “It gets better!”

Newly single Vanessa Hudgens looks like she’s certainly eager for some new attention as she makes her way to her car in Studio City wearing a short slip dress, thigh highs and a curious fox hat.

Vanessa celebrated her 22nd birthday in Las Vegas on Saturday. With BFF’s Brittany Snow and Ashley Tisdale at her side, Vanessa was asked by reporters how things were going since her split from boyfriend Zac Efron. “We’re good,” she said, reportedly giving reporters the thumbs-up.

Inside the club at Caesar’s Palace, the birthday girl recieved a three-foot-tall red velvet cake before drawing the curtains at her VIP table for privacy.

“The girls were taking shots, drinking champagne, cocktails and Red Bull,” a source says. “Vanessa took off her shoes, jumped on top of the furntiure and had a dance off with Ashley!”

According to an onlooker, she did take a breather when Mario’s “Break Up” came on, but quickly got back up when the deejay played Jay-Z’s “On to the Next One.”

So clearly, Vanessa doesn’t want to celebrate her split from Zac after five years of dating, but she’s ready to move on to a new guy.

The couple went to ABC Kitchen first and stopped by Gemma for drinks, reports Pop Sugar.

And the couple kicked off the weekend festivities on Friday attending a performance of The Nutcracker with budding ballerina Suri, who got to go backstage and meet some of the dancers.

‘Gossip Girl’ star Taylor Momsen may have perfected her teen with a ‘tude act on American soil, but it doesn’t seem as though the singer/actress will be content until she’s offended someone on every continent.

In what can only be assumed to be a sneaky lesson about the importance of education, while touring with her band, The Pretty Reckless, in Glasgow last week, Momsen announced her act, telling the audience, “We are The Pretty Reckless and we have heard that Glasgow is the craziest crowd in all of England.”

Needless to say, concert-goers, who were watching the band in the same Scottish venue in which they were performing, were less than pleased with the slip-up.

Audience member Stuart Neilson told the Daily Record of the gaffe, “I think she needs to go back to school for geography lessons … There really isn’t any excuse. Surely someone backstage could have said something to her.”
