After she was caught sneaking back into her sober living facility, Lindsay Lohan allegedly refused to take a breathalyzer test, and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that if that allegation is true, the decision could possibly land her in jail for six months.

“Judge Fox made it very clear to Lindsay: a dirty test, or a refusal to submit to a test, would be counted and considered as a dirty test,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Lohan eventually took an alcohol test — and passed it — the morning after the incident, RadarOnline.com was first to report.

“Lindsay is in very, very big trouble. It’s very likely Judge Fox will haul her into court in the next week to deal with this,” the source added.

“Judge Fox had been willing to give her a second chance.”

RadarOnline.com learned on Tuesday that police are investigating a claim by Dawn Holland, a worker at the rehab center, that Lindsay pushed her. Holland also claims that Lindsay threw a phone at her and yanked another phone out of her hand, injuring her.

As RadarOnline.com was the first to report, Holland was fired from the facility on Tuesday. “[It was] due to breach of patient confidentiality because I did an interview with TMZ.,” she told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive (and unpaid) interview. Holland confirmed she was paid in the ball park of $10,000-$15,000 by TMZ.

In a statement, Betty Ford said Holland “violated strict confidentiality guidelines and laws by publicly identifying patients in a media interview and by disclosing a privileged document.”

Holland and TMZ could be facing a criminal probe for HIPAA violations. Holland’s daughter-in-law told RadarOnline.com that Holland has now hired an attorney. TMZ has not returned RadarOnline.com’s calls for comment on the situation.

Christina Hendricks has revealed that she would love to try the skin tight lycra outfit of Wonder Woman on for size.

The  35-year-old actress revealed her aspirations to play the sexy superheroine during an interview with chat show host Rachel Ray.

Although actress quashed speculation that she has been offered the role she was quick to outline that she would be eager to take it on.

She said: ‘I heard that rumour too – I don’t know where it got started but I love it!,’

‘I’ve been wanting to wear that outfit my whole life! I’d love to [do it]. That would be such fun! Let’s put it out there!’
But with the star’s ample bosom the tight fitting outfit may need some adjustment to cater for her curvy figure.

Although she is body confident and is proud of her curves the actress has revealed that she was put under pressure to conform to industry norms.

Speaking to Grazia earlier this year she said: ‘People in the industry have been telling me to lose weight for years but I like the way I look.’

However the star, who is married to actor Geoffrey Arend, wasn’t always quite so curvy.
‘I started out as a model and when I went to Italy to build my modelling book, I gained 15 pounds from all the pastas and cappuccinos,’ she told the magazine

After exchanging vows with the British comic in October, the 26-year-old “Firework” singer says things are hotter than ever in the bedroom.

“I have secrets and magic tricks, of course. I can’t share them because then you’d all know,” Perry tells the new issue of Grazia (on sale now). “But let’s just say I’m not shy.”

The newlywed admits that despite how it may appear, her marriage to Brand, 35, is far from perfect.

“We’re both busy, but this is a huge part of my life. I call the shots on my schedule,” Perry says. “There are weekends for Russ and weekends for me and my friends. Neither of us ever wants to lose ourself or the other in fame.”

Perry tells US Magazine that she “absolutely” plans to have “lots of children” with Brand in the future — but for now, she’s focused on enjoying her first year as a married woman.

Posing in a festive photoshoot for Grazia Magazine, Katy said that she was looking forward to spending her first Christmas with Russell, 35, as a married couple.

She said: ‘There will be me and Russ and a pink Christmas tree and a tofu-urky.

‘We’ll open one present the night before because that’s the tradition in my family.’

‘And we’ll do something new. We’ll start our own new tradition because we are a family now.’

Speaking about her new hubby, she gushed: ‘What can I say? He’s brilliant. Every day he amazes me.

The Heroes actress and actor Hayes MacArthur welcomed a healthy boy early Monday morning in Los Angeles, her rep tells UsMagazine.com exclusively. Mom and child are now resting comfortably.

First-time parents Larter, 34, and Perfect Couples actor MacArthur, 33, have named their son Theodore Hayes MacArthur.

“He’s our perfect Christmas present,” the new mom and dad gush to Us.

After seven years of dating, Larter and MacArthur wed in Kennebunkport, Maine in August 2009. She was eager to start a family way back in 2007, telling Cosmopolitan: “I told my boyfriend after three weeks that I wanted to marry him and that we could do it tomorrow…I look forward to that time when I’m home with babies.”

Larter accidentally revealed her child’s gender in September while promoting Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D – referring to her baby-to-be as a “he” during a Fox News interview.

She added at the time: “I’m just super pregnant…Each moment I want to take off another piece of clothing.”
