Demi Lovato has reached a settlement agreement with dancer Alex Welch after it was alleged that Demi had punched her in the face.

TMZ reports:

Under the settlement, Alex Welch will get money, though the amount is confidential.

Welch’s attorney, Donald Karpel, tells TMZ, “The parties are satisfied and the dispute has been resolved amicably and completely.”

As we previously reported, Lovato decked Welch with such force that the backup dancer had visible bruising on her left eye and cheek.

Lovato went to a treatment center shortly after the incident and claimed she felt “awful” about her behavior.

Tiger Woods’ former mistress, Rachel Uchitel says that she is going back to school to become a Private Investigator — and she won’t be dating any more married men!

She said, “I decided to go back to school and get my private investigation license. I’ve learned to shoot a weapon. I had to Taser someone the other day. I had to get pepper sprayed, so I know what the effects are – so much fun! I had the best time ever! I’ve already gone undercover, I’ve done process serving. In court, we actually do real stuff for the investigator who’s teaching or class, so it’s very cool.”

Won’t it be hard for her to try to go undercover, since everyone on the planet (just about) knows who she is?

She went on to say, “I’m going to work under my professor, Dale Gustafson, who runs DGA Detectives. I will take the test and actually be able to open up my own business under Dale’s license with him as a mentor until I get the hours under my belt to get my own license. Having my own detective agency would be something I’d love to do. I’m actually trying to convince some of my friends to invest in cadaver dogs and come down with me on vacation to Orlando to search for a missing girl. I’ve been obsessed with finding missing people for so long.”

Despite her professional excitement, her personal life is not thrilling she says.

“It’s hard to find somebody who can be accepting of all the stuff that they’ve read and choose to be with me for who I really am. Obviously, there are a lot of guys that are kind of around, but… it’s more my fault than anyone else’s. I guess I’m kind of scared of dating,” she says.

Uchitel received approximately $10 million from Woods at the end of their relationship and has never publicly acknowledged the affair.

She is appearing on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab and says she is a “love addict.”

And in a statement that is sure to make some people snicker, she says she won’t date married men!

When asked what would be a deal breaker for a potential date she answers “If they’re dating somebody or married. If somebody lied to me about anything, I wouldn’t date them.”

Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt, is denying claims that there’s a sex tape of the two of them making the rounds.

TMZ has more:

There’s a story circulating that Paris and Doug shot the squeakquel to “One Night In Paris.”

But Doug says, no way. His rep, Amanda Ruisi, tells TMZ, “Doug says a sex tape with Paris and him doesn’t exist and never existed.”

The downside for Doug … we’re told Rick Salomon made $10 million the first year after his epic sex tape with Paris was released.

What a gross thought! I mean Doug is hot (in my humble opinion), but he’s been infected by Paris, which means he is now gross.

Dawn Holland is the former staffer at Betty Ford Center that got fired for selling her story to TMZ. According to reports, she won’t be suing Lindsay Lohan over the civil claims against her.

Her lawyer said, “Dawn has no axe to bear with Lindsay. Dawn has seen the hard work Lindsay has been doing in rehab. Dawn is rooting Lindsay on, and praying for her recovery. We won’t be taking any civil action against Ms. Lohan. Our investigation into potential civil rights claims, and wrongful termination claims against Betty Ford is ongoing.”

She must’ve heard the rumors that Lindsay is broke!

But Davidson told us on Thursday he is not concerned about criminal charges potentially being filed against Holland because, he says, she did nothing wrong.

“I’m not concerned about the Attorney General. My client was talking to the media about events that occurred that are now a part of a criminal investigation,” Davidson told RadarOnline.com. “The events that happened that night are now part of criminal proceedings.”

Police are investigating Holland’s criminal complaint that Lindsay attacked her.

Davidson told RadarOnline.com that Holland is a single mom who now has no job right before Christmas. “The fact is she loved her job, and now she doesn’t have it,” Davidson said.

It’s starting to look like Amanda Seyfried and Ryan Phillippe might actually be a couple!

The duo, who was first spotted together at Kate Hudson’s Halloween party back in October, were caught leaving Fred Segal together just yesterday in L.A. — and they looked like they didn’t want to be seen.

The sightings don’t stop there though — according to Billboard, the two were also seen together at a secret Foo Fighters show last night at Paladino’s.

Seyfried was previously linked to her “Mama Mia” co-star Dominic Cooper while Phillippe dated actress Abbie Cornish from 2007 until February 2010.
