E! News has exclusively learned that, upon her release from rehab next week, Lindsay Lohan is going to get cracking on expanding her 6126 fashion brand into footwear.

“She’ll finalize everything when she’s out,” says a rep for 6126, who describes the shoes Lindsay has in mind as “classic, glamorous, timeless with a sexy flair.”

An official announcement is expected early next year and, if all goes according to plan, the line will debut next fall.

Lindsay was ordered to remain in treatment until Jan. 3, but at this point it’s not for certain whether she’ll scram right on Monday or give herself some breathing room and head out later in the week.

I guess we’ve found out the reason behind Camille and Kelsey Grammer’s split — she banned him from having sex with her for an entire year before they split up!

A source said, “Camille stopped having sex with Kelsey about a year before they broke up.”

Now, he’s engaged to his much younger girlfriend, Kayte Walsh. Another snitch said, “He pleaded with photographers not to take his picture with his fiancee because his ‘soon-to-be ex-wife’ would see it and go ballistic. Kelsey claims she shows pictures of the couple to the kids and blames Daddy for the mess.”

She said that she’s not attracted to any specific type of guy, but finds Shia pretty sexy.

She said, “I don’t have a perfect boy. I guess they need to be honest and they need to be someone who I can really be myself around. Although, if they look identical to Shia LaBeouf that would be great! You should be out having fun when you’re younger, not getting caught up in a committed relationship.”

She also revealed that she doesn’t like going on dates. She added, “I don’t actually like dates. I get awkward as I never know what to do. I still get butterflies and wobbly legs around a boy I like. But the best thing is to be very open and don’t shut yourself off. Enjoy being young.”

Reese Witherspoon has gotten engaged to Jim Toth! Congratulations!!!

The happy couple started dating in January of 2010, right after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal. She was previously married to Ryan Phillippe, but we all know how that one worked out…

Her rep confirmed the news, saying, “They are extremely happy.”

The Oscar-winning actress, 34, began dating Toth, 40, around January 2010, shortly after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal. The duo went public with their romance in March during a romantic birthday weekend in Ojai, Calif.

Toth works as an agent at L.A.’s Creative Artists Agency; Witherspoon is a CAA client, but Toth doesn’t represent her.

Witherspoon and actor Ryan Phillippe divorced in 2008 after seven years together; the former spouses share daughter Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7. Insiders told Us Weekly that Toth has “bonded” with Witherspoon’s kids. In fact, while Witherspoon shot This Means War in Vancouver last fall, Toth stayed with her little ones at her home in L.A.’s Brentwood area. “Ava and Deacon are happy with him,” the source adds.

Witherspoon joked about engagement talk to Entertainment Weekly recently. “My mom always texts me, like, ‘Are you getting married?’” Witherspoon said, laughing. “I’m like, ‘Mom, come on! You would know if I was getting married.’”

A pal says of Witherspoon’s romance with Toth: “She is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down.”

Taylor Momsen says that she feels like a product. I guess if I had to work from the age of three-years-old, I’d probably feel the same way!

She said, “You get more insight as you get older, on everything. I kind of woke up one morning and was like, ‘Oh I see what’s happening, I get everything’. I woke up and was like, ‘I get it, I’m a product.’”

She went on to reveal that she wasn’t prepared for fame, but says she’s not worried about what anyone thinks of her. She added, “Fame just kind of happens over night. No one prepares you for it. On ‘Gossip Girl’, I was just going to work, doing what I’ve always done, and then all of a sudden you’re like, ‘Woah!’ But you get used to it. You ignore it – because whatever people say about me doesn’t bother me at all. If you’re in high school or college or at work, someone’s not going to like you. It’s inevitable. But it doesn’t mean anything.”

Orlando Bloom does not like to be chased around by the paparazzi!

The actor confronted snappers yesterday for taking his picture when he arrived at his home in Brentwood on his motorcycle. He approached the photographers and tried to grab one of their cameras. Afterward, he approached another pap’s car and looked around for more equipment.

An X17 photographer said, “Orlando was super p***ed. He has his moments – he just gets upset sometimes and doesn’t want photographers around. No one was doing anything other than standing on the side of the road taking pictures, but he just didn’t want it.”

Eventually, he calmed down and walked away.
