Nicole Richie’s probation was terminated this morning — months before it was scheduled to end … TMZ has learned.

Nicole was on probation for a DUI in 2006, where she was driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway.

Nicole’s lawyer, the now famous Shawn Chapman Holley (also Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer), went to court this AM — in the rain no less — and presented the judge with proof Nicole had completed all the terms of probation, including a glowing report from the alcohol ed program in which she’s been enrolled for the last 18 months.

Probation was scheduled to end in February, but since all the terms have been satisfied, the judge agreed to terminate it early.

Kim Kardashian, who has an album in the works with The Dream, was spotted going into a studio yesterday in Culver City with her mom — the same studio Kanye was caught sneaking into as well!

Before she showed up, Kim tweeted “OMG u guys have no idea what I’m doing today! You are gonna DIE!!!!”

The couple announced their engagement in early December – even though his divorce from Camille Grammer is not yet finalized. As reported earlier this week, Camille stands to earn $50,000,000 in the divorce, roughly half of what was made during their 13 year marriage.

Brett Favre will have to pay up for texting pictures of his genitals to one-time New York Jets gameday reporter Jenn Sterger.

According to Fox Sports reporter Jay Glazer, the quarterback will pay for his infamous penis pics, but will not be suspended for them.

“Commish [Roger Goodell] is expected to fine Brett Favre today, tomorrow the latest, but NOT suspend Favre in Sterger case,” wrote Glazer.

The NFL has been investigating the legendary player for violating the league’s personal conduct policy with his alleged 2008 sexting.

In the picture above, he’s posing with his wife, and his daughter at the ESPY Awards this past July. Which just makes me sad, because then I start thinking – what would I do if I caught my husband sexting another woman? Do you consider sexting cheating? (I would!) When you’re only married for a month, one must wonder why you ever married in the first place! What the heck! It took marrying him to realize he’s a douchebag?

Joe Francis and longtime girlfriend Christina McLarty were just married last month, but she has already had enough, according to Radaronline.com.

A source tells the website that Christina “moved out of their Bel Air home and into her mother’s house” and the couple may already be considering a divorce.

The ‘Girls Gone Wild’ founder reportedly dished about his marital troubles during Bruce and Kris Jenner’s annual Christmas eve party.

“He was talking about the details of the separation openly while at the Kardashian holiday party,” the source told Radar. “Christina moved out a bit after Thanksgiving.” No word on whether there was a prenup or what will happen to Christina’s $500,000 ring.

Joe and Christina wed at his estate in Punta Mita, Mexico estate in November after four years together. Christina is is an entertainment reporter at LA’s CBS2/KCAL9.
