Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson might be out of the hospital, but that doesn’t mean she’s feeling any better.

The Bravo reality star tells E! News exclusively that she was experiencing internal bleeding Thursday night due to ulcers in her colon.

Despite a report that the hospital visit was caused by anxiety over her recent divorce filing, Gunvalson says that what she has is a purely biological condition.

“It’s not due to anxiety,” says Gunvalson. “It’s not due to a divorce. I’m very sick. I was hemorrhaging. It was very scary. I have internal bleeding in my colon and they fixed it.”

Gunvalson, who is currently in a wheelchair, tells E! she had surgery two hours ago and is now headed home with her daughter and required to be on bed rest for a while.

“I’m not feeling good,” says Gunvalson. “They said I’ll be ok. It could flare up again, but I’m very healthy and I didn’t do anything to cause this. People just get sick. I’m going to be ok.”

And despite her recent spilt, Gunvalson’s soon-to-be ex-husband Don came to the hospital to visit her.

“It’s amicable,” says Gunvalson of the divorce. “We’re perfect. We’re not fighting. ”

Courteney Cox is speaking out for the first time about her split with husband David Arquette.

“I don’t know what will happen, but this is not like we’re getting divorced,” Cox says in a new interview with TV Week. “This is a separation and I think that takes a lot of courage . . . Whatever is supposed to happen will be the best thing for us.”

Still, Cox acknowledges that she and her husband of 11 years are no longer on the same page. “Sometimes you just realize ‘Wow, we actually have grown apart,” she says.

I think divorce is awful, and should be avoided if possible. With that said, I’m not sure I could ever get over David sleeping with another woman (or women) during their separation! Unless Courteney Cox was also getting some on the side – I don’t see how they can recover from something like this. Especially when David goes on the Howard Stern show and airs all their dirty laundry. What do you think. Could you forgive David and make the marriage work?

Sad news for singer Lily Allen: She has suffered another miscarriage, her rep announced Monday.

“It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby,” her rep has said in a statement. “The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made.”

She was six months along with boyfriend Sam Cooper’s child.

Nearly three years ago, Allen, 25, suffered a miscarriage during her relationship with musician Ed Simons.

Allen has said having children is “ultimately my main goal” in life.
