Just hours after Us Magazine reported that Bret Michaels and Tish Cyrus had an affair while she was married to Billy Ray, Celebuzz has obtained a statement from Michaels’ rep denying the report with some very strong words.

Michaels’ rep Joann Mignano tells Celebuzz: “The reports of my client having an affair with Tish are completely unfounded and a complete fabrication.”

The statement continues, saying that “Bret has been a close friend of the family for some time and has worked with Miley. It’s unfortunate that the sad breakup of Billy Ray and Tish has to be further tainted with these lies being reported.”

Bret worked with Miley Cyrus last year to record his single ‘Nothing to Lose,’ which Cyrus sang a part of. The Us report that Michaels’ publicist so vehemently denies claims that he and Tish became romantically involved following his time recording with Miley.

Billy Ray and Tish announced their plans to divorce last week in a seemingly out-of-the-blue split. They had been married for 17 years, and had five children — including Miley — together.

I’m more a quality than quantity man.”

Rod recently criticized self-proclaimed lothario Russell Brand over his sex boasts – insisting Brand’s claim to have slept with 90 women in a month is impossible. Talking to Piers Morgan for his “Life Stories” TV show, Stewart said, “Get out of here. Not true. You can’t bed two or three women a day.”

Asked by Morgan if he could remember every women he slept with, he said: ‘No, no, and I’m not proud of that either. I can remember the good s**gs, only joking!

Did Russell Brand really brag about sleepign with 90 women in a month? GROSS! How would you like to be that 90th girl!?

Russ told GQ magazine in 2009 that working out his monthly conquests is a numbers game.

“Work out how many days and, here’s a simple rule, triple it!” he said.

“I love it. I’ve a very addictive personality, and it’s very easy for me to get compulsive about anything sensual.”

Singer Pink thinks that parents need to be more tough with their children. She also believes that they need a good smack to keep them in line.

“I think parents need to beat the c**p outta their kids… I think the whole spanking thing and how it’s gotten all PC (politically correct) is for the birds,” she said.

“My dad put me through a wall; it’s the only reason I’m still alive.

“I deserved it. I would have kicked me out when I was eight… I was not comfortable with authority or rules. I was bad.”

Katy Perry is praising her new husband, Russell Brand, as “a great man of God”. Katy, who graces the cover of December’s Harper’s Bazaar, tells the magazine “I always knew I wanted a great man of God, someone who was going to be an inspiration for people and also be a lovely husband and father. We’re at different places in our lives, but we can still grow together.

“He’s thought-provoking, articulate, a real advocate. I also definitely wanted to have a laugh. I have all that in him.”

Although Katy Perry grew up very religious, she says “I’m kind of a good girl — and I’m not,” Perry says.

“I’m a good girl because I really believe in love, integrity, and respect. I’m a bad girl because I like to tease. I know that I have sex appeal in my deck of cards. But I like to get people think­ing. That’s what the stories in my music do.”

How does she rate herself in the bedroom? She said: “Like Ludacris rapped, ‘I’m a lady in the street and a freak in the bed.

“I can’t rate myself, but if you ask Russell I’m sure he’d give me a ten out of ten.

“He’s made no secret of what his life was like before me, but that’s then and this is the future.

“He’s cheated in the past but he knows how good he has it with me and I know he’d never do anything to jeopardize that. I trust him 100 percent.”

Singer Ke$ha continued to film her latest music video “We R Who We R” in downtown Los Angeles yesterday with director Hype Williams. Ke$ha was suspended from wires as she crowd surfed with a little fan/ etrxas helping her.

Ke$ha’s “We R Who We R” is set to become just the 17th song to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 when the chart is officially released tomorrow (Nov. 4).

The track is the preview single from Ke$ha’s forthcoming “Cannibal” album, set to be released on its own on Nov. 22 in addition to being packaged with her debut album, “Animal,” in a deluxe edition titled “Animal Cannibal.”

Three-time surfing world champion Andy Irons died this morning at a hotel in Dallas … TMZ has learned. The 32-year-old was found by a hotel employee around 10:00 this morning.
