Christina Aguilera is trying to secretly rebound from her pending divorce with a new man, and PEOPLE has the scoop on her new man!

The superstar singer, 29, has quietly been seeing Matthew D. Rutler, a set assistant from her upcoming movie Burlesque – whom she tried to hide from the cameras Friday when they enjoyed a double date at SoHo House in Los Angeles with friends Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

A friend tells PEOPLE that the relationship with Rutler started as a friendship, then turned into something more.

“It’s not serious yet, but it’s something she is exploring and finding comfort in,” the friend says. “It’s new and she’s taking it day by day. She and Jordan were having problems for a long time. What kept them together is their love for their son. She met [Matthew] on set and, during a difficult time, leaned on as a friend. After she and Jordan separated, the friendship turned romantic.”

The only good thing that comes from Burlesque could be this new boyfriend. It looks like the worst movie of the year, from the previews!

She had a killer night at the 2010 MTV European Music Awards, and Ke$ha couldn’t be more excited about winning the Best New Act trophy.

The “Blah Blah Blah” songstress told press, “This is the first thing I’ve ever won, except for when I was in high school and I won the award for ‘Most Likely to be a Serial Killer’ which I have not fulfilled yet- just wait for my breakdown.” Ke$ha also gave a blacklight-infused, bodypaint-plagued performance of her hit song “TiK ToK,” which was her initial catapult into celebrity.

She added, “[Winning] is amazing, because I was under the assumption that everybody hated me for a long time. And then I stopped going on the Internet, and since then, about six months ago, apparently people started liking me, and then I got this award.”

Miley Cyrus gave a glimpse of more than she maybe intended (or not?) as she posed on the red carpet before the MTV European Music Awards!

Miley turns 18 on Nov. 23 and she told MTV News that her birthday wish is for her parents to be reconciled – even temporarily.

“I think we need time to all be together,” she said. “So that would be rad if we could all go to the beach or something.”

17-year-old Taylor Momsen steps out last night with her band, Pretty Reckless at the MTV EMA’s in Spain.

The nicest thing I can say about Taylor’s look, is I like her Alexander McQueen boots. The singer/actress presented the award for Best New Act.

“Presenting at the EMA’s then playing the after party tomorrow, then back to the U.S. for rehearsals for the UK!!” Taylor tweeted yesterday.

“I love Madrid,” she added. “[T]he airport is decorated with Picasso”.

Lindsay Lohan finally lifted her anti-daddy ban — and spent “all day” reuniting with her father Michael Lohan yesterday … this according to sources close to Michael.

According to TMZ, for the first time in 7 months, Lindsay agreed to spend some quality time with Michael — beginning with an extensive conversation inside the Betty Ford clinic … followed by a shopping trip to a nearby street fair.

Father and daughter spent several hours in a high-end jewelry store — where she was “interested in several items”, but it’s unclear if she bought any items.

So what does the future hold for Michael and Lindsay? Sources tell TMZ the two are trying to take a “whole new approach” to their relationship … and Lindsay wants to see him again.

Apparently the two might get together as early as today.
