There were recent reports that despite filing for divorce from husband Tony Parker, Eva Longoria was dead set on adopting a baby. Reportedly, she was looking to adopt a child from Haiti, but a source close to the actress says that the rumors are not true.

The snitch said that Eva is busy dealing with the divorce and doesn’t have plans on expanding her family anytime soon.

Eva has also been leaning on her castmates to deal with the split. A friend said, “She is simply heartbroken. She really wishes Tony the best. She just wants this whole situation to be as peaceful as it can be under the circumstances. He’s a good person at heart, and she wants the best for him.”

Kim Kardashian appeared on The View to promote her new book, Kardashian Konfidential, alongside her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney.

She was grilled over recent reports that she is dating Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry. Her mother has denied any relationship reports and until now, Kim has kept mum on the topic.

Breaking her silence on The View, Kim said, “Um, I am single and I’m dating. I’m having fun.” She squirmed in her seat when Barbara Walters went on to ask about their recent date at the Lakers game.

Kim said, “I’m really trying to be a little more private about my dating life. But it doesn’t mean I don’t meet gorgeous, amazing people.”

The TV host only a couple of months ago agreed to form a creative alliance with the cosmetic line and it looks as if the relationship might work out beautifully.

In a recent interview, Heidi talked about how she keeps some weight on herself to avoid getting wrinkly. She said, “My tip is, don’t be too thin! It is always better to have a little meat on your bones. When you are just muscle, you end up being gaunt in the face, and that makes you look older by five or 10 years.”

Britney Spears is set to remain under conservatorship, throughout 2011, according to reports. The conservatorship was created in 2008, with her father and Andrew Wallet maintaining her personal and business affairs.

So far, there aren’t any plans to end the conservatorship and Britney hasn’t asked for it to end, either…..Despite earlier reports stating that she was being driven crazy under her father’s control.

TMZ reports:

And, it’s not bad news for Britney. We’re told she’s “content” with the current arrangement and is no longer antsy to end it.

Britney is actually under two conservatorships — one to care for her, and another to take care of her business affairs. As for the latter, it will probably remain in place for a long time, because Britney Spears, Inc. has never run more smoothly.

As long as she’s happy with the way things are going, that’s cool by me. I’m happy to see her doing well and being able to visit with her kids anytime she wants to.

Lindsay Lohan has been working hard in recovery and it appears her rehab program has awarded her temporary sober house with a “Sober Shine Award,” which was displayed in the front yard Monday morning, November 29th, 2010, in Rancho Mirage, CA.

I’m glad to see that she’s doing so well! I hope she makes a full recovery and bounces back to making comedies like she used to. I’m also happy that she dropped Inferno, I thought it would be another I Know Who Killed Me, which could have devastating affects on her career.

According to reports, Willie Nelson could be facing some serious jail time over his recent arrest for possession of six ounces of marijuana.

TMZ reports that pro-marijuana group, NORML, might have a way of getting Willie out of trouble:

Nelson was busted over the weekend in Texas for possession of six ounces of marijuana. A criminal defense attorney in Austin tells us 6 ounces could get Willie 6 months minimum and 2 years max.

But Bruce Margolin, director of the L.A. chapter of NORML, tells TMZ Willie has an ace in the hole — convincing a jury he just forgot that the California-grown pot was on the bus — and California is ok with medical marijuana.

I hope they can come to a resolution without throwing him in jail…that would just be sad. He’s not harming anyone and his offense isn’t heinous. What do you think?

Earlier this month, Nicole Richie got a restraining order against a photographer who was staking out her daughter Harlow’s school. I can’t say that I blame her, that’s just creepy to be stalking somebody’s child, I don’t care who their parents are.

Now, she may have to take the stand on Wednesday to testify against this creep and she hopes that the judge will grant her a permanent restraining order against him.

A source said, “Nicole’s attorneys will out on the stand several preschool teachers from Harlow’s school that have witnessed this photographer crossing the line trying to get pictures. Nicole is fiercely protective of her children, and won’t tolerate this. Nicole could testify also.”

The snitch went on to reveal that Nicole “is very busy planning her wedding to Joel, but she will drop everything to protect her children.”
