Soon-to-be-former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn’t have been more blunt on the topic of weed last night — telling Jay Leno that in CA, “No one cares if you smoke a joint or not.”

Ahnald hit “The Tonight Show” to talk about the recent elections, when Leno brought up a pro-pot bill the gov just signed, making cannabis possession “like a speeding ticket.”

Arnold went on to explain that Prop 19 — which would have sorta-legalized the recreational use of weed — wasn’t defeated in Kaleefornia because it was a bad idea … but because it was written poorly.

It ain’t the first time Arnold’s spoken out in support of weed — dude famously puffed on a joint in the 1977 documentary, “Pumping Iron.”

Darren Aronofsky and Rachel Weisz have split … TMZ has learned.

Aronofsky — who directed “The Wrestler,” “Requiem for a Dream” and “Pi” — and Weisz — who starred in “The Mummy,” “The Constant Gardner” and “The Fountain” — were together for nine years. They never married.

Reps for the former couple tell TMZ, “Rachel Weisz and Darren Aronofsky have been separated for some months. They remain close friends and are committed to raising their son together in NYC.”

Sources tell us the couple will seek joint custody of their 4-year-old Henry Chance.

And sources tell TMZ Rachel has been linked to “James Bond” star Daniel Craig for months. They worked together on the upcoming flick, “Dream House,” in February and March of 2010.

Lindsay Lohan reunited with her estranged father Michael on Sunday when the two took a trip to a local Palm Desert, California shopping center and only RadarOnline.com has the exclusive photos.

“Michael and Lindsay were at the mall for quite a while, but spent most of their time in a jewelry store,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com.

Michael dropped Lindsay off at the Betty Ford Center and returned to the jewelry store. “He purchased something Lindsay had her eye on and seemed overjoyed by their reunion,” the eyewitness said.

RadarOnline.com was the first to tell you about the emotional reunion, and the photos show the 24-year-old actress smiling as she’s walking and talking with her father and an unnamed friend.

“She appeared genuinely happy to be spending time with her father,” the source said.

Kim Kardashian already lends her name to a host of products and can now add credit cards to that list, thanks to her latest business venture.

The reality star — who has endorsed diet pills, sunless tanner, perfume, clothing and jewelry in the past — has teamed up with MasterCard to create the Kardashian Prepaid MasterCard, which aims to help parents track their child’s spending habits, the New York Post reports.

The card, which also bears the endorsement of Kardashian’s sisters Kourtney and Khloe, allows parents to monitor activity via cell phone.

The Kardashians will be launching the card at New York City hotspot Pacha on Tuesday night.
