Lindsay Lohan is desperately trying to get a work pass so that she can leave the Betty Ford Center so that she can discuss plans for her movie, Inferno.

The director of the movie, Matthew Wilder said that he’s been in constant contact with Lindsay during her stay at the treatment facility. He said, “Lindsay is happy and I have been sending her some films starring several actors that we would like to cast alongside her in our movie. She just received them so we are still waiting for her feedback but we really want her to be part of the whole experience even although she is not physically here in Los Angeles.”

Radar Online reports:

“Lindsay told me that she is working to get a work pass so that she can get out and meet us to discuss the project. Obviously, she would probably need some kind of monitor and I think that she feels cooped up sometimes which is understandable.”

Despite the ongoing struggles, Wilder says the actress “seems to be doing well” and is still “excited about Inferno.”

Lohan was sent back to rehab on October 22 by Judge Elden Fox and was ordered to stay in the rehab program until January 3, 2011.

If she successfully completes her treatment program and does not fail anymore random drugs test then Wilder and his producers are hoping to start filming Inferno as quickly as they can.

Why not give her a pass? If she’s doing well and is progressing wonderfully, it shouldn’t be a problem, right?

In case you haven’t heard, Kurt Warner made his exit from the Dancing With The Stars stage on last night’s show. After his elimination, he said, “Gosh it was unfair! I mean, I think we all feel, in some way, it is unfair when we get voted off. I think we felt for a long time that we should have gotten better scores than we did, so you’re disappointed. We’re all biased.”

Even though they beat out Bristol Palin, he says that he’s still not bitter about the dismissal from the show. He said, “It’s pretty easy for me to walk away with the great things I acquired on this show and move on to the next things in life. I wish everyone else well.”

A radio station in Salt Lake City, Utah, started a rumor this morning, stating that Disney starlet Demi Lovato is pregnant! She may have “physical and emotional issues”, but according to reports, pregnancy isn’t on that list.

TMZ reports:

A Salt Lake City radio station started the pregnancy rumor this morning, but a rep for the 18-year-old tells TMZ it’s 100% not true.

We’ve reported that Demi’s emotional problems — triggered by school bullies — sent her to a treatment center.

The rep also reaffirms that Demi is NOT receiving treatment for drugs or alcohol.

Won’t they just leave her alone already? Doesn’t she have enough to deal with, without people making stuff up???

Attention paparazzi, Nicole Richie has had enough of you staking out her daughter Harlow’s school…and rightfully so! She took a photo of the snapper, Fabricio Luis Mariotto, lurking around Harlow’s preschool.

She has just filed legal papers to get a restraining order against the photographer, saying, “Mariotto drives erratically around my children and others, yells, screams and attempts to scare us so that he can photograph our reaction. He trespasses on preschool property to photograph the children.”

TMZ has more:

Nicole adds, “He has often left his car in the middle of a busy street just to chase me for a photograph.”

Nicole, who did not show up in court but was represented by Tamar Arminak from Mark Geragos’ law firm, adds, “His predatory behavior caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress as I fear for the safety of my children.”

The temporary restraining order requires Mariotto to stay 100 yards away from Nicole, Harlow, Sparrow and Joel Madden, as well as the preschool.

Good for her!!!
