Hilary Duff says she was stunned when her husband Mike Comrie popped the question with a huge diamond ring, because she thought the ring was a fake!

He proposed to her back in February with the giant rock and they got married in August. She said that she had to take a closer look at the ring after saying yes, because she didn’t believe the diamond was real.

She said, “I was kind of scared to look at the ring! I got a glance and it was like, ‘Are you crazy? Are you kidding me? That’s not real. There’s no way it’s real!’ I don’t actually know [the carats]. I wasn’t like, ‘Now, how many carats is this?’”

She’s so down-to-Earth…Isn’t she?

Anne Hathaway says that she won’t have Botox because she’s afraid it will erase who she is. She was offered Botox when she was 23-years-old, but won’t have it done because she says her facial imperfections tell the story of her life.

She said, “I had someone offer me Botox at 23. From the age of 25 to 27, and this is a little embarassing to admit, I looked under my eyes every single day, because I thought, ‘It’s going, it’s going, it’s going!’ And then I realized the other day they’re not wrinkles, they’re smile lines. If you look at pictures of me from a young age, I’ve been smiling the same way since I was little. And I had that wonderful moment when you realize, ‘That’s who I am. Botox would erase that.’”

Jessica Alba says that she had the script for Machete rewritten because it was too sexy for her. She said that she wasn’t comfortable with the raunchiness of the movie and asked the director, Robert Rodriguez to change things up a bit.

She said, “You think this version is sexy? In the original script I played twins, and there was a lot more sex. But I’ve never been very comfortable with that stuff. I get freaked out and nervous, I guess, so I told Robert Rodriguez, ‘This is an awesome movie and I’d love to be part of it, but I don’t feel comfortable doing that’, and he was like, ‘Oh, we’ll rewrite it and we’ll do what you are comfortable with.’”

People magazine reports:

“Look, it’ll always be unbelievably sexy to watch a guy drive a golf ball straight down the fairway 300 yards and hit the green,” the actress and The Daily Show correspondent says in the December issue of Men’s Health. “That will never change, in my opinion.”

For men who can’t golf, never fear – she’s also got a soft spot for guys who can work a joystick.

“It’s also sexy to watch a guy take down Call of Duty 4 without breaking a sweat,” she adds. “Having mastery over anything is hot.”

Still, since breaking up with Chris Pine this year, she only has room in her bed for her electronics.

She said, “I sleep with my BlackBerry and MyTouch plugged in on my nightstand, my laptop in my bed next to me (now that I’m single, I have plenty of room to let my electronics sleep next to me), and my Universal remote that controls my Blu-Ray, TV, and Xbox.”

She added, “I don’t think there’s a problem with gadgets in the bedroom. I have a lot going on and I work hard. And my work fulfills me and makes me happy. And listen, when someone grabs my attention, I don’t even think about my phone.”
