Tony Parker wasn’t surprised when his beautiful wife of three years actress Eva Longoria filed for divorce.
“Eva and I have been discussing our situation privately,” Parker, 29, tells UsMagazine.com in a statement. “I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.”
Longoria, 35, decided to split from Parker when she discovered hundreds of text he allegedly sent to friend Erin Barry. She is the wife of NBA ex-teammate Brent Barry.
“I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California,” Parker tells Us. “We plan to continue to keep our discussions of this matter private.”

Mother of the year, Dina Lohan is not happy with ‘Glee‘ or Gwyneth Paltrow.
An attorney for Dina is speaking out about the episode that aired last Tuesday, in which Gwyneth mocks Lindsay Lohan’s many trips to rehab.
“Dina Lohan and her three other children are very sadly disappointed with the ['Glee'] writers, and also disappointed that a huge celebrity such as Gwyneth Paltrow, would relay such a message about a contemporary,” Stephanie Ovadia, attorney for Dina Lohan and her children, told Access Hollywood on Thursday.
During Tuesday night’s episode, Gwyneth’s substitute teacher character, Holly Holiday, attempted to teach her students Spanish by reciting sentences about Lindsay’s trips to rehab, calling her “loca.”
The Lohan family has not yet decided if they will take legal action against the show.
Lindsay is currently in rehab at The Betty Ford Center and is expected to be released in January.
I say lighten up Dina! It’s just a TV show and it’s just a joke.

Yikes! Scary stuff.
Zachary Loring, 25, a man who suffers from schizophrenia, was convicted of stalking “The Hills” actress Audrina Patridge. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
Zachary knocked on Audrina’s door back in February. He was carrying a knife and gave her a packet of letters. One of the letters had a picture of a woman being strangled!
Loring pleaded no contest to a stalking charge at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Patridge, 25, has said she feared for her life!
Zachary could get out of prison as early as 2 months after being credited for time already served in custody and good behavior.
He has been ordered by the court to stay 500 feet away from Patridge and her home for 10 years.

First off let me say that Tyra Banks on her worst day, still looks better than my best day. However, I don’t know what she was thinking in this outfit. It’s ‘drekitude’!
She was caught by the paps looking a little less like a top model as she was dining out in West Hollywood.
What do you think of Tyra’s look?

It hasn’t been easy for Bristol Palin on Dancing With The Stars. She continues to receive flack from the judges and viewers. Many believe she is still on the show merely because she is Sarah Palin’s daughter.
The pressure is surely starting to take it’s toll on Bristol.
Bristol and her younger sister Willow spewed a homophobic slur online when a classmate made fun of the Palin family.
Bristol took to her Facebook page to address the issues currently revolving around her. Nobody said fame was easy!
Of their derogatory statements, she said: “Willow and I shouldn’t have reacted to negative comments about our family. We apologize.”
She then took time out to thank her DWTS supporters: “On a nicer note, thank you for supporting the great competition in Dancing with the Stars!”
Hours later, she added, “Thank you supporters who continue to support. The haters are already pulling out all the stops this week to destroy.”
