We’re all in shock that Bristol Palin is still in the competition on Dancing With The Stars, but Mama Bear Sarah Palin calls all of her haters “silly”.

“Ah yes…Bristol-the-diva! Silly critics! See her diva-ish-ness,” Palin Tweeted Thursday, as web chatter continued to mount over her daughter’s controversial placement in the final three of Dancing with the Stars.

The former Alaska governor isn’t the only one in Bristol’s corner.

DWTS alum and other celebs gave plenty of sympathy to the 20-year-old single mom at Us Weekly’s Hot Hollywood: Stars Who Care bash at the Colony Club in Hollywood Wednesday.

“You can find ten reasons why she deserves it and why Brandy deserves it,” Louis Van Amstel told Us. (Brandy was famously shown the door on Tuesday and told Us Thursday she’s feeling “better.”)

“Brandy is the better dancer,” Amstel admitted. “But then again, Bristol had to fight for several weeks to be accepted as Bristol and not Sarah Palin’s daughter.”

Said former DWTS champ Kym Johnson: “She’s had a different journey [from] Brandy — she had no dance experience, so I think Bristol’s what the show’s all about.”

Earlier, we reported that Wesley Snipes was heading to jail — and now, he’s been taken into custody!

He is currently en route to a federal prison after being taken by federal authorities. He will begin serving his three-year sentence for tax evasion.

As we previously reported, a judge ordered Snipes to surrender earlier today … after the actor spent years appealing a conviction on multiple tax evasion charges.

That has to suck! But he tried and tried to have it appealed!

Star of MTV’s Teen Mom, Amber Portwood was at a party getting wasted! And — she was trying to sing!

TMZ obtained footage of Amber (shot last week) rocking out to the song, “I’m Not Your Boyfriend Baby” — showing a particular penchant for the lyrics, “These children learn from cigarette burns … fast cars, fast women and cheap tricks.”

During the jam session, a stumbling Amber — who was charged with domestic violence and battery yesterday — says to the camera, “I’m drunk” … then moments later says, “possibly drunk.”

Amber should be more careful around cameras — after all, officials in Indiana have stated that they launched their domestic violence investigation only AFTER they saw her hit her baby daddy on the MTV reality show.

Wow, that’s just crazy. She’ll be lucky to escape a charge for being drunk and underage…You’d think she would be more careful!

Yesterday, Heidi Montag came out and said that she wouldn’t have had her ten plastic surgeries if her doctor, Dr. Frank Ryan, hadn’t told her that it wasn’t excessive. She bashed him completely, saying that she wouldn’t do it again, if she had it all to do over again.

Now, a friend of his has come forth to say that she’s only saying all of that just for the publicity. Did we expect any less?

Responding to Montag’s recent comments on TV that Dr. Ryan misled her about her 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, Dawn DaLuise told RadarOnline.com: “She is desecrating his memory.” Dawn also told RadarOnline.com that Heidi was “obsessed” with Dr. Ryan and he was forced to spurn her advances!

“Heidi Montag is taking advantage of Dr. Ryan’s death,” DaLuise, Ryan’s friend of 15 years, exclusively told RadarOnline.com

Dawn organized the packed memorial for the doctor on November 15, and she slammed Heidi’s motives for speaking ill of Dr. Ryan and not attending the memorial celebration his friends and family held.

“Her PR people and agents were weighing the options of her either attending the memorial service for him on Monday or going on TV and talking about him and I guess she decided to trash him instead of remember him,” Dawn told RadarOnline.com.

“Heidi is just trying to stay famous,” she said of the reality star who recently admitted she and her husband Spencer Pratt, are broke.

So terrible!!
