Tony Parker filed his own divorce papers in Texas on Friday, a source close to Parker confirmed to UsMagazine.com. His wife of three years, Eva Longoria, filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
The move comes after the latest Us Weekly reported that Longoria Parker, 35, recently discovered that her husband, 28, has been exchanging personal texts with a mutual friend for nearly a year — hundreds in just one month.
“Tony is still hoping to keep this as amicable and private as possible,” the source tells Us.
Longoria filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, a move that was anything but surprising to Parker. “He was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles,” a rep for the NBA star told Us in a statement on Thursday.
The couple met in 2004 and famously wed in a $1.5 million wedding at a 17th century castle in Paris in July 2007.

Hills star Holly Montag has found a new source of income — and this time she doesn’t have to start drama to earn it!
The older sister of media magnet Heidi Montag is now working for Brand Link Communications. The former Hills party girl was escorting celebrities like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa VanderPump and Michelle Trachtenberg into the In Add Minus Store launch party November 18 in Los Angeles.
Holly was surrounded by publicists and event planners, but the reality star didn’t receive any special attention. Besides, there were bigger stars, like Matthew Morrison, to attend to.
The Montag-Egelhoff family has recently covered the headlines, speaking out about financial woes. Not only is Speidi broke, but so is the girls’ mom Darlene Egelhoff. Maybe Holly’s success will inspire her fame loving sister to go back to work.

Despite previous assurances that the production was ready and waiting for Lindsay Lohan, Inferno director Matthew Wilder exclusively tells E! News that his Linda Lovelace biopic is moving on without the troubled star.
“We are withdrawing our offer from Lindsay Lohan,” Wilder says. “We are currently in negotiations [with another actress] and working out the legalities of bringing her onboard.”
So what finally prompted Wilding, who sang Lohan’s praises as an actress and as a promoter when she was in Cannes to help sell the film (which ultimately landed her in hot water), to give up on the 24-year-old actress?
“We have stuck by Lindsay very patiently for a long time with a lot of love and support,” Wilding says. “Ultimately, the impossibility of insuring her—and some other issues—have made it impossible for us to go forward.”
Lohan made a brief stop at her West Hollywood condo last weekend, but is currently residing at sober living facility affiliated with the Betty Ford Center out in Rancho Mirage, Calif. She must remain in rehab until at least Jan. 3, per the terms of her probation.
Her rep tells E! News, “Lindsay is dedicated to her recovery and together they decided to move forward without her.”

Poor Emma Watson, she just can’t seem to catch a break in the public eye!
Apparently, Rupert Grint said that kissing her for the Harry Potter movie was just “okay”. Weird, right?
People explains:
“It was actually okay,” Grint, 22, said of his onscreen kiss with Watson in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which opened in theaters Friday. “It was just the anticipation. Neither of us were looking forward to it.”
Grint does, however, acknowledge that may seem a bit unbelievable to most fans.
“It sounds crazy, Emma’s amazing,” he says. “I’ve seen her grow up and known her since she was nine. It just doesn’t feel right.”
I can totally understand where he’s coming from, though!
