Porn star Capri Anderson is now rethinking her lawsuit against Charlie Sheen. Is it a coincidence that he just filed an extortion lawsuit against her?!??

Legal ace Keith Davidson told RadarOnline.com: “Through the process of Ms. Walsh appearing on ABC’s Good Morning America, and finally issuing her public statement regarding the events of her night with Mr. Sheen, Ms. Walsh has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims…that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment.

“Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010.

“Ms. Walsh’s refrain from the issuance of any civil lawsuit is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen’s ludicrous lawsuit against her.”

A source with knowledge of the situation tells us that Walsh met with the New York City District Attorney’s Office Tuesday, to follow up on her official police complaint she filed against Sheen yesterday. Walsh appeared on Good Morning America Monday with her attorney, and they revealed that she was planning to file a lawsuit against Sheen, and that it would be filed very soon.

Kid Rock is planning on making his third appearance for a Country awards show this year!

People magazine has more:

Rock is among the first guests announced exclusively to PEOPLE for the inaugural CMT Artists of the Year. The singer, who hosted the CMT Awards in June and performed “Born Free” on the CMA Awards in November, will present one of the trophies to the 2010 Artist of the Year winners: Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band.

Martina McBride and Paramour’s Hayley Williams will share presenting duties with Rock. And during the 90-minute special, honorees will be treated to performances of their hits by just-confirmed artists Adele, Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Maroon 5 and Darius Rucker.

Song selections are hush-hush, but speculation is that Adele, the British two-time Grammy award winner might perform CMA Group of the Year Lady A’s “Need You Now” since she has cited the trio as a creative influence on her new album 21, due out in February 2011.

Academy award winner Kevin Costner, who earned his hillbilly bone playing the Grand Ole Opry with his country-rock band Kevin Costner and Modern West, will host the show, CMT Artists of the Year, which airs Friday, Dec. 3 at 8 p.m. ET on CMT.

Pink is pregnant with her and Carey Hart’s first child, but that doesn’t mean that she has to slow down anytime soon!

In a new interview, she said, “As soon as the baby can say ‘Mama’, I’m going on the road. We are going to be a traveling family gypsy band with garlands in our hair.”

People magazine reports:

Pink, who has been touring for two years and is currently promoting a new album, Greatest Hits … So Far!!!, says there’s no chance she’ll settle down at home with her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart.

Being home is “completely strange,” she says. “I walk around in circles. I clean a lot, I really don’t know what to do with myself when I’m not on the road.”

One thing she might do after the birth, though, is hang out with Christina Aguilera and her son Max.

Pink, who says doctors believe she is expecting a girl, told Aguilera recently that she’s “unfortunately” managed to avoid morning sickness.

“I feel like if I had morning sickness I would have lost some weight,” Pink said. “But I’ve kept everything down.”

She’s going to be a great mom! I can’t wait to find out what they’re going to name their baby!
