Paris Hilton filed a countersuit against Hairtech International after they sued her for failing to promote their hair products. She claims that she signed the multi-million dollar deal and was honorable in keeping her end of the deal.

In her countersuit, obtained by TMZ, Paris says she was “professional and honorable” promoting Hairtech International. Indeed, she notes in her docs that the head honcho wrote her an email after a shoot, saying, “Hey Paris. I know it was a long day, but baby you ‘Rocked.’ Just from the takes I saw this is going to be one hellava commercial, you were genuinely amazing.”

In it’s lawsuit, Hairtech claims Paris was a hair heretic, showing up for interviews wearing competitive products. The company also says by going to jail in 2007, Paris breached an implied term to obey the law.

Paris — who was sued by the company for $35 million — is asking for $3 million plus punitive damages in her countersuit.

Taylor Momsen has been largely MIA this season on Gossip Girl. So when the Deadline story broke that she’s being “sidelined,” it only made sense. After all, how long can the CW support this girl’s massive eyeliner addiction? And of course, there are those ever-growing rumors of diva-ish behavior.

So this may surprise you, but according to multiple sources connected to the series:

Taylor “isn’t going anywhere” and the behavior issues are “nothing new.”

Like the other original Gossip castmembers, Taylor is contracted through season seven, and she’ll remain a part of the series moving forward. We just won’t see her in every episode. (more…)

The game isn’t over yet! Just one month after their dalliance cooled down, Cameron Diaz and New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez were spotted getting cozy over dinner at a West Hollywood private members’ club Nov. 17.

“They looked super couple-y,” an insider tells the new Us Weekly. “Cameron was holding his hand and nuzzling him.”

But friends say the reconciliation shouldn’t come as a surprise. “They break up and get back together all the time,” notes a source close to Rodriguez, 35, and Diaz, 38. (The pair parted ways in October because “they needed space,” the insider explains.)

And though the actress was recently linked with Glee’s Matthew Morrison — the two hung out Oct. 23 at L.A. lounge Bardot — that fling has sizzled, the source says. “She’s definitely not into Matthew.”

While everyone is preparing to give thanks tomorrow, one of America’s most famous families, the Jolie-Pitts, have decided to sit this Thanksgiving out, according to Pop Eater’s Rob Shuter.

“Angelina Jolie hates this holiday and wants no part in rewriting history like so many other Americans,” a friend of the actress tells me. “To celebrate what the white settlers did to the native Indians, the domination of one culture over another, just isn’t her style. She definitely doesn’t want to teach her multi-cultural family how to celebrate a story of murder.”

Angelina has been filming her directorial debut, about a Serbian man and Bosnian woman who fall in love during the Bosnian War. Angie, always extremely sensitive to the suffering throughout the world, is filming in English and the native languages.

“Angelina gets so grossed out by Thanksgiving that she has made sure her family will not be in America this year on Thursday,” an insider tells me.

And although Brad Pitt recently told ‘EXTRA,’ “We’ll whip up a turkey somewhere,” he certainly hasn’t shared that plan with Angelina. A family friend tells me, “If Brad wants turkey, he will have to cook it himself. For Angie, it will be another day when America tries to rewrite history.”

After two of Jon and Kate Gosselin’s children were expelled from school earlier this month, sources tell RadarOnline that Collin and Alexis, both 6, are “doing a lot better.” The two children are still being home schooled after being asked to leave a private school in Pennsylvania. “It seems like they are happier now that they are receiving more attention to meet their needs,” the source added.

“They’ve fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids,” a source close to the family told In Touch.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kate spoke out about her kids. “Two of my children are being tutored at home, with a teacher who is working closely with our kindergarten teachers in school, doing the identical curriculum.”

“The pressure was getting to them. You have the divorce anger mixed in with that … The goal is to get them back into school as soon as possible,” she added. (more…)
