Cameron Diaz doesn’t look happy to be back on the set of Bad Teacher in Los Angeles. The normally chipper actress seemed a bit down! Missing boyfriend Alex Rodriguez maybe? While she’s in Los Angeles filming, he’s back in NY playing baseball for the Yankees. After spending a lot of the summer together, they’re both back to work on opposite sides of the country. The couple have been dating for eight months.

Cameron stars opposite ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake in the new comedy. She plays a foul-mouthed junior high teacher who, after being dumped by her rich boyfriend, sets her sights on another teacher, played by Justin.

Cameron Diaz is the second highest earning actress in Hollywood (which shocks me). First place is The Blind Side’s Sandra Bullock. Cameron shares the #2 position with Reese Witherspoon, whom she tied for second place.

Klum has moved the festivities back to New York this year—and some extreme measures were taken in finding the right location. Doorway heights had to be measured and space interiors checked to make sure her costume would fit through and that she’d have room enough to move around comfortably inside.

“I like to change things up,” Heidi hints to E! News about her costume. “This year is back in New York and my costume is larger than life! I hope everyone will try to out do me! The game is on!”

Could this be the frightfest to top all the others?

“No one knows exactly what the costume is yet, Heidi won’t tell anyone, but it is over 8-feet tall and she had to find a location where the doorway would fit her walking in in full costume,” an inside source tells E! News.

“This year’s costume is going to be better and definitely bigger then ever.”

For the past two years, she’s has held the bash in Los Angeles, and is excited to be returning to Manhattan, where it will be held at LAVO nightclub.

Expect many celeb twitpics to come from the big night—Klum is installing a state-of-the-art photo booth so guests can upload their costumed selves on to Twitter.

Klum persuaded ?uestlove of The Roots to take a break from Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to DJ and Stella Artois will be served.

Expected at the 11th annual party are Eva Longoria Parker, Kristin Chenowith, Jessica Alba, Klum’s hubby, Seal, and her beloved Project Runway winner Christian Siriano.

She recently tweeted a whole series of pictures of herself without a single word. Some of the pictures, like the one above, area  bit crazy. Britney Spears’ conservatorship is coming to an end, according to RadarOnline.

Sources say that the conservatorship held over Britney could be over in as little as three months. “Britney has made tremendous progress in the past three to four months. She seems to be firmly in control again,” the source said.

Spears met privately with a judge Thursday morning. “Judge Goetz needed to meet with Britney and talk to her face-to-face, to see how she was doing,” said the source.

“It’s one thing to read medical reports about her, but the in-person meeting was very important.

“Britney’s court-appointed attorney, Sam Imgham was the only other person in chambers during the 35-minute meeting.

“Judge Goetz also met with Britney’s father, Jamie separately, as well as with Brit’s therapist.”

The conservatorship was put in place back in 2008 by Spears father, Jamie, after Brit had a series of public breakdowns, and was later hospitalized.

Britney is a much different woman these days. She once had lost visitation rights with her sons, and now things are much different. She’s co-parenting her two boys with their father, Kevin Federline.

Britney’s new boyfriend, former manager Jason Trawick has played a huge part in Britney’s transformation. They are happy, and he loves her, and has helped her maintain normalcy.

If all goes well, Brit should have full control of her money soon! Hopefully it all goes smoothly!

Sounds like her cover of Poison’s “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” may be the second single released off her latest album, Can’t Be Tamed…

Poison frontman Bret Michaels tells E! he and Cyrus will be hitting the studio to fine-tune the song before its release.

“When we sit down on the guitar and the piano and play, she just nails it,” the rocker says.

“And I just said to her, ‘Listen, you gotta throw everything else out. ‘Every Rose’ is a No. 1 classic around the world. It was No. 1 in almost every country. So here’s the deal—add just a little pop flair, but keep it organic.’”

And Michaels doesn’t want things to end in the recording studio. “I’m just throwing it out there, but I could direct a kickass video that would be insanely cool and very hip,” he says. “Very down-to-earth, very hip and just a walk through life.”

Just a couple of weeks after Can’t Be Tamed’s title track was released, Michaels and the teen queen performed “Every Rose” together on Good Morning America. Cyrus also appears on Michaels’ song “Nothing to Lose” from his latest album, Custom Built.

This doesn’t look good.

According to E! News, singer/songwriter Bruno Mars has been charged with one felony count possession of a controlled substance by Las Vegas prosecutors.

Bruno, who’s real name is Peter Gene Hernandez, was busted in a bathroom stall at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas with a baggie containg 2.6 grams of cocaine.

If convicted the Nothing On You singer could face up to 4 years in jail and a $5,000 fine if found guilty!
