This is Jasmine Waltz, and she’s rumored to be David Arquette’s mistress. Even though admitting this morning on the Howard Stern Show that he has had sex since splitting from Courteney, he says he’s “not dating anyone”. I’m just going to come right out and say it. I don’t understand women who have sex with married/separated men, just … to have sex. I guess it’s another notch on her belt, I just don’t understand why women do this. Anyway, off my soapbox…

According to sources, Courteney Cox and David Arquette have been separated since just after their 11th anniversary in June. They confirmed the separation yesterday, once TMZ got word that pictures of David Arquette with a new woman, Jasmine Waltz, were about to surface.

So who is Jasmine? Well, she’s a waitress/actress who’s probably most famous for punching Lindsay Lohan on her birthday this past July. Jasmine, 28, has dated her share of Hollywood men, ranging from Doug Reinhardt to Jesse McCartney. Here’s more from Life & Style:

David’s new girl, Jasmine, is a serial Hollywood dater. The aspiring actress has been linked to everyone from Ryan Seacrest to Jesse McCartney. In her other job as a bartender, she’s worked at some of LA’s hottest spots, including nightclub Les Deux and Italian restaurant Bell. But Jasmine’s biggest claim to fame came this summer, when Lindsay Lohan accused her of punching her in the face while Lindsay was celebrating her birthday at Voyeur in LA.

When reached by phone, Jasmine wouldn’t comment.

David Arquette just called in to the Howard Stern Show — explaining EVERYTHING about why he and Courteney Cox agreed to take a “trial separation” … noting that they haven’t had sex in 4 months.

Arquette explained that he and Courteney stopped having sex around one month before they started shooting “Scream 4″ in Michigan … and drifted from there.

He also claims Courteney was the one who insisted they try separating right after their 11th wedding anniversary back in June … after she told David that she was “tired of being your mother.”

David claims he still loves Courteney — and calls her one of the most amazing people on the planet.

David is also adamant that he never cheated on Courteney before the split — but admits he has had sex with rebound chick Jasmine Waltz … his “one conquest.”

Arquette also said he is hopeful he and Courteney can patch things up and get back together.

Another day, another celeb divorce!

Christina Aguilera and her husband, music executive Jordan Bratman, “have been separated for a few months,” a source close to Aguilera tells Us Weekly. Although Aguilera and Bratman have not yet decided whether to divorce, the source reveals “they are now living apart, and they will see how that goes.”

Explains the source: “They were very much in love. But over the last six months, it became clear they were more like friends than husband and wife.” But Aguilera and Bratman remain united in their commitment to son Max, 2. “He is their main concern,” says the insider.

So sad! Yesterday it was David Arquette and Courteney Cox, now them!? Who’s next? Don’t these things come in threes?

David Schwimmer quietly wed his British girlfriend, part-time photographer Zoe Buckman, in a small private ceremony in early June, his rep tells UsMagazine.com.

This is the first marriage for both.

According to reports, the two met in London in 2007, at the time Schwimmer, 43, was directing the romantic comedy Run, Fat Boy, Run. She was a waitress at the Cuckoo Club in London’s West End when she served the former Friends star. She then reportedly left her home in north London and moved to Los Angeles to be with him.

In March, they announced they were engaged.

A distraught looking Britney Spears attempted to hide her face from the shutterbugs on yesterday while out on a shopping spree in Beverly Hills. As no surprise Brit was out shopping for her daily outfit and accessories which she found at Envie. Spears didn’t seem to be in a good mood as she ventured over to the local Starbucks for a drink with smeared make up. The pop princess then made her way over to De Beers jewelry store where she showed off her extensions after pulling her hair up into a ponytail while inside but let it down as she made her exit. The pop princess has been hard at work on a new album (oh boy).
