Courtney Love tweeted the photo below (full pic after the jump) of herself without a word of explanation. I guess no explanation is really neeeded? She recently tweeted a whole series of pictures of herself without a single word. Some of the pictures, like the one above, area  bit crazy. But after the jump, there are some really beautiful pictures of her sitting near a pond.
