Let’s talk ‘Boardwalk Empire’ and ‘Brothers & Sisters!’

I know I’m a day late – but with my DVR, I watch random shows throughout the week, and not always the night they appear. I know you do too, so I’ll put this discussion behind the jump for those of you who haven’t seen it yet!

Let’s talk episode 2 of Boardwalk Empire and the season premiere of Brothers & Sisters! (more…)

PICS: Sarah Jessica Parker steps out with her adorable twin daughters!

This morning actress Sarah Jessica Parker made her way out of her home with her twin daughters Marion and Tabitha in New York City, with the help of her nanny. The little darlings were on their way to a doctor’s appointment with mommy while daddy Matthew Broderick took their son James Wilke to school.

It’s official! ABC announces Brad Womack is The Bachelor – again!

Brad Womack famously ditched DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft, on season 11 of The Bachelor in 2007.

When he appeared on the Ellen Show after the shocking finale, he said he would love to do The Bachelor again.

“I believe in the fairy tale romance,” he explained. “I am so disappointed that it didn’t happen to me.

“I haven’t even thought about dating, he added. “I’m keeping to myself. I think if I asked a woman out, she might throw a drink in my face right now.”

He is back on the Ellen Show, an interview that will air today. This time around he says “I don’t care if people call me an idiot or don’t believe those words coming out of my mouth. I truly believe that it can work,” he tells Ellen DeGeneres.

But, “I would walk away,” he says if he were to finish the upcoming season 15 without falling in love.

“Again?” DeGeneres asks.

“Absolutely,” he replies.

Having said that, the Austin bar owner, 37, is optimistic for a better outcome this time. “I am a completely different person,” he says. “I believe it can work.”

I know that America was pissed that he went to the finale without choosing a girl, but I actually respected it. Either let them down on the finale – or lead them on for months and break up with them later (which seems to happen to all the other Bachelor/Bachelorette couples!)

What do you think?

‘Sister Wives’ husband being investigated for felony bigamy!

Yesterday I talked with you guys about TLC’s new show, Sister Wives (which I loved). Today, we find out that Kody Brown, and his four wives, are being investigated by police in Lehi, UT for felony bigamy.  I wondered how they were getting away with this, since polygamy is illegal. I figured he’s just legally married to the first wife, and spiritually married to the other three. Is that illegal?

The new TLC show follows Kody Brown, his four wives, and their 13 children as they live a polygamist lifestyle in Utah.

Police told PEOPLE yesterday that they were looking into the family before the show premiered on Sunday. “We are disappointed in the announcement of an investigation, but when we decided to do this show, we knew there would be risks,” the Browns said in a statement Tuesday. “But for the sake of our family, and most importantly, our kids, we felt it was a risk worth taking.”

“At the conclusion of the investigation, the evidence will be forwarded to the Utah County Attorney’s Office for review and possible prosecution,” said Lt. Darren Paul.

In Utah, bigamy is considered a third-degree felony, but isn’t often investigated. Nothing like a reality show to rub officials the wrong way!

Darren Aronofsky and Christopher Nolan to team up for a Superman remake?

According to NY Mag, a Superman remake may be in the works. Behind the new movie will be Darren Aronofsky (The Wrestler, Black Swan) and Christopher Nolan (Batman Returns, Inception). I just got goosebumps.

The LAT notes that Aronofsky “has famously resisted taking on bigger-budget studio pictures in the interest of retaining creative control,” but that’s not quite true; in fact, Aronofsky once spent significant time developing both a Robocop reboot and a pre-Nolan adaptation of Batman: Year One, and the superhero-inclined director was even mentioned as in the running for Wolverine 2. Natalie Portman, start working on your Lois Lane.

Sienna Miller and Jude Law leave Cipps restaurant in Mayfair, London

The couple looks like they’ve stepped out of the 1920′s! They look totally cute!  Jude is sporting some facial hair, which he’s grown back for his recurring role in Sherlock Holmes 2, which is filming now.
