According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan has failed one of her mandatory drug tests. The court-mandated test was taken last week. According to the terms of her probation, Lindsay will get 30 days in jail!
A source tells TMZ: “People with addiction problems don’t get better magically, and she’s really been making an effect to make herself better.”

UPDATE: Sources close to Lindsay are saying that Lindsay is saying this is is a lie, she did not fail a test. TMZ is reporting that they have CONFIRMED she did, indeed fail.

UPDATE: According to US Weekly, Lindsay insists these reports are false. “I’m fine.” She says. Of TMZ’s report? “They’re all nuts,” she claims.
TMZ is still sticking to their story 100%. Sources close to Lindsay say she’s been telling friends she’s “getting her life together.” However, we’re also told, she’s surrounded herself with some “bad influences.”
“Fellow American’s”, Lady Gaga has a message for you. In a video posted today, Gaga is asking that the ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ (which prevents gays from serving openly in the military) policy be overturned. .
“It is my belief that no one person is more valuable than another,” Gaga says in the over-seven-minute long, black-and-white video, flanked by the American flag.

In the upcoming October issue of GQ, the Jersey Shore boys got a makeover! Pauly D., Vinnie, Ronnie and The Situation got a gym makeover for the upcoming issue.
GQ stylists have the boys ditch their usual Guido looks, for a more clean look. It’s amazing how different they look! (Pauly D. looks so different!)
Last night Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock hung out at the legendary gay bar The Abbey in West Hollywood for about three hours. She hung out with Kevin Huvane, friend of the founder of the club. She had a great night, even asking the DJ to play her favorite music, “old-school New Orleans hip hop.”
Lindsay Lohan has been confirmed to host Saturday Night Live on December 4th! “Yes, it’s true, she’s confirmed to host,” a well-placed source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
Lindsay Lohan has been under the radar since her release from rehab last month. Apparently several media outlets have been trying to secure an interview with the actress, but so far she hasn’t confirmed anything.
