Kim Kardashian dressed up in a traditional Oktoberfest outfit, while celebrating the beer festival in Munich. Earlier today she tweeted, “Off to Oktoberfest in my new drindle [sic].”

Kim, who’s been promoting in Europe for weeks now, is joined by her mom Kris. Apparently mom had a matching dress, and liked it so much she refused to take it off!  “My mom will not take off her drindle [sic] she is even doing interviews in it! Embarassing [sic]!”

Lindsay Lohan has caught a break (again) because the probation department has decided not to submit one of the failed drug tests to the judge. Last week Lindsay Lohan failed two drug tests. One tested positive for cocaine, and the other amphetamines in the form of Adderall.  The probation department will not seek jail time in the Adderall test, because there was an ambiguity with with paperwork.

So instead of handing over two failed drug tests (in which Lindsay faces 30 days jail each) they will instead only hand over the one drug test which tested positive for cocaine.

The question on everyone’s mind, of course, is will Lindsay actually serve any jail time?

According to TMZ, the judge has two ways of handling this:

He could sentence Lindsay on the spot to 30 days in jail for the cocaine violation … but because of overcrowding Lindsay would be released the same day.

Judge Fox’s other option is to deny her bail, throw her in jail and set a hearing that would take place 30 days later. Under this scenario, Lindsay would not be released early — she’d sit in jail for 30 days until her hearing. We’re told judges do this “all the time” when they want to make sure a defendant does the time.

Either way, Friday will be interesting.

So whatever happened with Lady Gaga’s infamous meat dress? E! has the scoop.

You might assume that the dress, made from a cut of meat known as “matambre” in the designer’s home country of Argentina, would be headed for some sort of deep freeze. Otherwise, it would become a hostel for maggots.

But you’d be wrong. The designer, Franc Fernandez, tells E! the beef’s true fate:

“The dress will go through a process where it becomes a sort of ‘jerky’ and will be archived. Thank you.”

Star Magazine was the first to report that Ashton Kutcher reportedly had an affair with Brittney Jones (pictured above) while wife Demi Moore, was out of town filming a movie.

The couple, who celebrate their fifth anniversary later this month, have been denying the allegations left and right. Demi took the offensive by posting a picture of herself on Twitter wearing a sexy bikini (almost taunting Brittney – saying ,”look what Ashton gets to come home to!”).

But according to Star, Ashton has, in fact, been carrying on an affair with the 21-year-old while Demi is off filming “The Reasonable Bunch”.

The magazine has now given PopEater exclusive access to their communications.

“When’s the next time you’re gonna have an empty house?” Brittney wrote to Ashton.

“Not sure,” he replied. “Maybe the end of the month.” He then added, “I’m w/ my daughter.”

“Ashton was really paranoid,” Brittney told Star about the texts.

Friends of Jones have claimed that she’s always been obsessed with Kutcher. They tell RadarOnline that Jones “has always been obsessed with Ashton” pre-dating the steamy affair with the married actor.

“She told me once that he was by far the number one celebrity she’d like to have sex with,” said the insider, who knows Jones extremely well.

“And she is totally the type to do it.”

Jones met Kutcher at Lucky Strike Lanes in Hollywood, as he bowled with Demi and her daughter Rumer Willis.

According to Jones, they struck up a conversation, and she slipped Kutcher her phone number on a napkin when Moore wasn’t looking. A few days later, they reportedly had sex in his home, while Demi was out. It was tender and nice,” she recalled, “not some random sex act.”

In public, Demi and Ashton seem to be as happy as ever. But according to People, their private life is something different. The couple are “angry” about the rumors and have instructed loved ones not to inquire: “Kind of a ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy.”

But others are not so sure their much-scrutinized age difference (Demi is 47, Ashton is 32) hasn’t finally caught up to the couple. “Somehow I thought it was going to come back to haunt them,” says an industry colleague. “He got married young and, as crass as this sounds, never seemed to have his fill.” Still, “they seemed super committed.”
