On September 17th, Lindsay Lohan admitted to failing her drug test via Twitter. (“I’m taking responsibility for my actions and am prepared to face the consequences,” Lohan, 24, wrote.)

While Lindsay was writing the confession, she was sitting in Hollywood restaurant Magnolia, and witnesses have come forward saying the actress was “laughing” and drinking Jack and Cokes as she typed.

According to witnesses, Lindsay was coached on how to word her confession, told how to make it “more personal”.

“Her friend would say, ‘No, use ‘setback,’ don’t say ‘mistake.’ They’ll say you make mistakes all the time!” The friend went on, “It’s better to say you’re responsible. Denying it will just get everyone mad per usual.” Lohan’s response: “She giggled” and had her assistant order her another Jack and Coke, the Magnolia spy tells Us.

Once the final copy was sent off to her management team — Lou Taylor and Larry Rudolph, who famously helped Britney Spears clean up — Lohan wasn’t “emotional,” says the witness.

The actress, who has been to rehab four times, even joked about drinking whiskey that night, telling pals, “What are you gonna do? I’m ill” — making air quotes with her fingers.

Us Weekly also reports that mom Dina told guests at her Sept. 17 birthday party at Madeo’s Restaurant in Roslyn Heights, NY, that her daughter – due in court Friday – would get off scot-free. “She said, ‘Who cares if it’s true? Our new team is like a machine. They’ll squash this.’”

The mother-daughter duo were accompanied by the face of the line, Gossip Girl’s Taylor Momsen.

Material Girl was designed by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes. The collection includes apparel, footwear and accessories!

Don’t call him Joey!

On Tuesday night, a UK Mirror reporter made the mistake of calling ‘Friends’ star Matt LeBlanc Joey, the character he played on the hit comedy.

The incident started when the 43-year-old actor clumsily knocked into the reporter’s table, sending glasses flying. “You all right, Joey? How YOU do-in?” the reporter joked. But LeBlanc wasn’t laughing and allegedly raged, “I’m not Joey. Don’t you dare call me Joey. The papers say I’m finished, so don’t call me f**king Joey. I want to leave that all behind. I’m moving on.”

And he didn’t stop there. “I’m not Joey. For the last time. I’m not f**king Joey. It’s Matt. Matt LeBlanc. Joey’s in the past. I’m trying to do something new,” he yelled.

In a recent interview, LeBlanc insisted he didn’t mind still being linked with his famous ‘Friends’ alter-ego, saying, “If people really believe me as that character, I have done my job. I don’t look on it as a negative thing. I take it as a compliment.”

Katy Perry’s “Hot and Cold” segment for Sesame Street was too hot after all.

Katy recently shot the video, which was supposed to air on their New Years Eve episode. The “Hot and Cold” video made its way to You Tube on Monday, and quickly racked up nearly a million views.

Complaints quickly came rolling in from concerned parents, thinking the video is too provocative for their children. According to TMZ, these are some of the complaints:

– “You can practically see her t*ts. That’s some wonderful children’s programming.”
– “they’re gonna have to rename it cleavage avenue”
– “my kid wants milk now”

Hey everyone! Last night was a big night for Fox! Glee, Raising Hope and Running Wilde all premiered, giving FOX the ratings to win the key demographics for the night!

With 12.2 million viewers, Glee scored it’s second-highest rated telecast ever!

So what did we think of the premiere?

I forgot how much I missed the show. I really loved the premiere, we were introduced to a bunch of new characters!

Coach Beiste: Ok, not gonna lie – I’m still trying to figure out if this is a man or a woman in real life. Just did a little research, it is a woman! Her name is Dot-Marie Jones (don’t act like you weren’t guessing also). Anyhoo, Coach Beiste (pronounced “beast”) joins the cast as the new football coach, after the previously coach had a meltdown. She looks tough, but is quite sensitive. I love how she drove Sue Sylvester to craziness, ultimately making cookies with dog poop.

Sunshine Corazon: Sunshine is played by Charice. Charice has Oprah to thank for this one, considering Oprah flew the girl to America to perform on her talk show, and she became an instant sensation. Just like how Coach Beiste brought out the crazy in Sue, Sunshine brought out the crazy in Rachel. It was genius!

Sam: Sam is played by Chord Overstreet, and is the boy with the “Bieber cut”. My laugh-out-loud-moment came when Puck said “Dude your mouth is huge. How many tennis balls can you fit in there?” Sam: “I don’t know. I’ve never had any balls in my mouth. Have you?”  (SPOILER ALERT: Sam will be playing Kurt’s boyfriend in upcoming episodes!!)

The episode was great, but I’m looking forward to better music in the episodes to come. The only song I really dug was “Empire State of Mind”. If I have to hear “Billionaire” one more time I may shoot myself. I liked hearing Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” but Rachel was singing so annoyingly (flipping her stupid hair!) I was cringing.

PS: Can we please talk about Finn for a second? He got hot over the summer!? How did that happen? I never thought he was hot last season, and this season he looks so grown up! So much hotter! He lost weight…got a bit of a tan.

Next week will be AWESOME!! It’s the Britney Spears episode, and rumor has it, John Stamos will make his first appearance!
