Breaking News!! Lindsay Lohan is going back to jail!! The judge shocked everyone by ordering Lindsay Lohan back to jail – without bail! He gave her the strictest punishment he could. She has to sit in jail until October 22nd until her formal probation hearing!! She was handcuffed in the courtroom, and taken away.

She will not be released early. No letting her go because of over-crowding. Lindsay Lohan will sit in jail – and will not been seen again until October 22nd.

The judge did not hear any arguments before making his ruling.

Lindsay was completely shocked at the ruling – and looked to her lawyer before being cuffed and taken away.

On October 22nd, she will stand in front of the judge where she will formally admit to failing her drug test. She will likely get credit for the time she served, be released, and sent to rehab.

Is Lindsay Lohan going back to jail? She’s about to find out! Lindsay has arrived at court in Beverly Hills, and is learning her fate right now.

She is appearing before the judge in connection with her failed drug test. She was expected to arrive by 8:30 AM.  She’s standing before the same judge who warned her that if she did not stay clean, he would send her back to jail.

When Judge Elden Fox agreed to let Lindsay leave rehab after serving only 23 of her 90 day sentence, he warned her that she would get 30 days in jail if she failed a drug test.

Lindsay tested positive for cocaine two weeks ago.

Lindsay’s mom Dina and Lindsay’s dad Michael have both arrived at court as well. What’s interesting, is Dina has a protective order against Michael, so technically – they can’t be in the same room together. Dina brought the order with her to court, and if Michael tries to enter the room, “There’s gonna be a situation.”

According to TMZ, Michael arrived at the courthouse first, and he said since he got there first, “she can leave”.

Wilson who was part of the group Heart, filed for divorce yesterday, citing irreconcilable differences.

Crowe has been one of my favorite directors of all time, directing some of my favorite movies, Jerry Maguire and Almost Famous. The couple was married in 1986, and they have ten-year-old twin boys.

Christina Aguilera enjoyed a night out with her husband Jordan Bratman at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills last night. The songstress covered her face with some white paper as she left the trendy eatery but as she walked down the street towards her car she very purposefully hid her stomach from view – could Xtina be pregnant with a sibling for two-year-old Max?!
