After posting a $300,000 bail, Lindsay Lohan walked out of Lynwood Correctional Facility just before midnight last night.

A new judge overturned an earlier decision that sent Lindsay to jail without bail until 10/22.

She must be fitted with a SCRAM bracelet within 24 hours.

Judge Patricia Schnegg granted Lohan’s bail after her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed documents just before court closed Friday afternoon, Parachini said.

“I pray to God that Shawn does the right thing and advises her to go right into rehab now, and show the judge she’s serious, because in 30 days when she goes back before the judge he can do whatever he wants,” Michael Lohan, her father, told CNN.

Judge Eldin Fox ordered the preliminary revocation of Lohan’s probation Friday morning based on a probation report saying she tested positive for controlled-substance use.

The probation revocation hearing was set for October 22.

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley filed papers about 2 hours ago, appealing Judge Elden Fox’s ruling that Lindsay should be held without bail.

Holley claimed that bail MUST BE granted in such a case, and asked another judge, Judge Patricia Schnegg to vacate Judge Fox’s original ruling.

TMZ is now reporting that the original ruling HAS BEEN OVERTURNED and Lindsay Lohan will be released on bail!

Lindsay will soon be a free woman, because a new judge has overturned Judge Elden Fox’s original ruling, denying bail.

Lindsay will have to be fitted with a SCRAM bracelet (her third) within 24 hours – and under the terms of her bail, she will not be allowed to hang out with known drug users, and must submit to a search by law enforcement at any time.

Lindsay also has to stay away from places where alcohol is the “chief item of sale”.

Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the L.A. County Criminal Courts, just threw Judge Fox’s bail decision out the window.  Judge Schnegg has set bail at $300,000.

Lindsay, who is in Lynwood Jail right now, should get out soon … probably in a few hours.

Of course!!! Can you believe this crap!? No wonder Lindsay never freaking learns her lesson!

Lauren Conrad confirmed this morning on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show that she’ll be returning to MTV in her own reality show.

The 24-year-old wouldn’t give many details. “It’ll be something very different,” the fashion designer said on Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show, adding that the show would follow her “career.”

She told Seacrest she’ll likely begin shooting soon. “If I was going to do a reality show, it’ll probably start in October,” she said.
