Heidi Montag continues her Costa Rican vacation!
This afternoon Heidi Montag sipped on fruity drinks while vacationing in Costa Rica.
Heidi Montag has been holed up on the island since she filed for divorce from Spencer Pratt. Although Spencer is also reportedly on the island, Heidi’s been spending her days alone, lounging around the pool.
She recently posted an update on Twitter: “taking a hot bath to relax my jaw muscles. They are lock up and it is hard to talk. I have been too tense”

I think she has had more work done. Her face doesn’t look as freaky anymore, she looks more like she did a few years ago. The books look smaller too.

I´m form Costa Rica, read your blog everyday and just wanted to let you know that Costa Rica is not an island, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico (which is an island) are different countries.

How long has it been since her surgery? I think her swelling has finally gone down…her boobs and face look much better. Her face and boobs looked too lifted when they were swollen…she should’ve stayed away from the media until now…then people wouldn’t have been shocked by her transformation.
