The gorgeous Julia Roberts graces the cover of Elle’s September Issue. The Eat, Pray, Love actress opens up about everything from her husband of 8 years, Danny Moder to working with George Clooney on the set of Ocean’s 11.
I cannot wait to see Eat, Pray, Love!
On her family with husband Danny Moder:
“The children became the shooting stars of him, of that thing we have. How lucky we are that we love each other so much that we burst into three pieces.”
On her acting skills:
“I have no acting technique. And there’s nothing more boring than actors sitting around talking about acting.”
On working with directors:
“I’m always asking those guys to tell me what they want. The same with George Clooney. ‘Name it for me,’ I tell him, ‘and I’ll do it.’”
On behind the scenes with the cast of the Ocean’s movies:
“Those boys! I was the only girl there. One day George Clooney put these giant potted trees in front of my door so that I couldn’t get out to work. I pride myself on being punctual! You didn’t want to leave your camera lying around, either, People were breaking into each other’s rooms, taking them, and let’s just say you didn’t want your mom picking up your photos at Walgreens! Photos of unidentifiable body parts.”
On botox/the plastic surgery trend in Hollywood:
“It’s unfortunate that we live in such a panicked, dysmorphic society where women don’t even give themselves a chance to see what they’ll look like as older persons. I want to have some idea of what I’ll look like before I start cleaning the slates. I want my kids to know when I’m pissed, when I’m happy, and when I’m confounded. Your face tells a story… and it shouldn’t be a story about your drive to the doctor’s office.”

Mary Hart, the host of Entertainment Tonight, announced today that her final year on the show will be ET’s upcoming 30th season, which launches September 13, 2010. Hart joined ET in 1982 and was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 1999 recognizing her contributions to television.
Hart says, “I’ve had the privilege of spending 29 years doing something I love – how often does that happen? I’ve had the support of a stupendous group of people starting with Linda Bell Blue, John Nogawski and many others who are so talented on our staff at ET. I only meant to be at ET for three years, suddenly it’s almost 30! I’ve reached a point when I clearly realize it’s time for a change. There are many things I want to do in my life and I’d better get on with them. It will certainly be with mixed sentiments that I say ‘goodbye’ at the end of the season, but it will definitely be with a sense of celebration…30 years of Entertainment Tonight, are you kidding me? That’s an accomplishment and something I’m very proud of!”
Executive Producer Linda Bell Blue, who has helmed the show since 1995 says, “Mary is one of my closest friends and although I respect her decision I will miss her tremendously. Right now we are focused on making this next season the very best in her long history with ET. She will remain first on the red carpet for the biggest award shows and will continue to interview Hollywood’s top stars. We’re going to have a lot of fun this year!”

Chris Brown performed last night at the party following the premiere of Takers in Hollywood. … Yesterday, Chris told fans on Twitter that a new album would be coming “next year or sooner.”
PS: Is that a tie or a scarf? Either way – it’s ugly!

According to EW, Glee creator Ryan Murphy announced at FOX’s TCA on Tuesday that he was creating a half-hour TV musical-series for his good friend Kristin Chenoweth. The new series would not be a spin-off of Glee, but a new series based on Kristin’s musical talents.
“I’ve always wanted to do something for Kristin,” Murphy was quoted as saying. “Kristin is a good, close friend of mine obviously, so I’m writing a half-hour musical comedy specifically for Kristin because if you can sing like that, I want her to be the star of her own show where she sings. I can’t say too much about it yet. Kristin is so funny. I want it to be adult.”
I think this is brilliant, I love Kristin, and I love Ryan! What do you think?

The couple, have had a very tumultuous relationship. They began dating in the 90′s after Sean’s marriage to Madonna fell apart. After that didn’t work out – they filed for divorce again, and this time it’s official.
In August Robin Wright commented on the split to More Magazine. She was quoted as saying “I hit that crossroad a while ago,” Wright says. “I know what I don’t want.”
Rumor has it Sean Penn has moved on with 26-year-old model Jessica White.
