Singer Jessica Simpson, who is known for her fluctuating weight as well as the outlandish things she says, opens up about her struggle to stay fit.

“I think a woman always stresses out about their weight. It’s just like a woman thing — unless you’re the women we don’t like that are the supermodels that are just so naturally fantastic,” Simpson, 30, says on E!’s The Daily 10. “But for me, I’m a curvy girl so I have to always be conscious of what I’m putting into my body, if I’m going to be working out.”

Simpson also sets the record straight about the rumors of her becoming an American Idol judge.

“I mean, I don’t think so,” she says. “I haven’t gotten a phone call.”

But if she were to become a judge, is Simpson prepared to offer contestants some words of wisdom?

“I’m not a very judgmental person, so I could probably stick my foot in my mouth a couple times,” she says. “I am a singer and I do know if it’s going to actually happen for someone or not.”

She is one of the few woman in Hollywood that actually don’t look like they are about to starve to death. I don’t see why people or so critical of her weight. She is gorgeous.

Father of the year, Bruce Jenner, doesn’t get understand why people or making a stink over his 14-year-old daughter Kendall Jenner’s bikini modeling shots.

“But because she is 14, all of a sudden [people are like], Is it right for a 14-year-old to do?” he says. “She wasn’t showing anything that was inappropriate — you know, too much cleavage or anything like that. They were just like hot shots … I saw the pictures and I said, ‘OK.’ If that is what she wants to do — she wants to be a model — then more power to her.”

Bruce may not see why it’s wrong, but I can fill him in on that. It’s wrong because grown men will be oogling over his under-aged daughter in a skimpy bikini.

Scott Disick, boyfriend of Kourtney Kardshian has reportedly checked in to rehab. The violent outburst on last week’s episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami, is what prompted this.

“Scott received outpatient rehab treatment and counseling for alcohol use and psychological issues after his Miami outburst,” sources told E. “He’s still being treated.”

Scott seemed hestiant about going to rehab when Kourtney’s mother Kris suggested it, which will be shown in scenes from the show’s next episode.

“I’m sure that deep down in there somewhere there’s a really great guy,” she tells him in a clip posted on E’s website. “But I think that things have gotten a little out of hand and you really need to take care of yourself before you take care of anyone else.”

Disick rebuffs her suggestion, saying, “I’ve already started going to therapy and working on myself…I don’t need another person putting me down while I’m trying to be on the right path.”

“It’s very upsetting,” Kris tells Disick. “I’m here to say you will not be a part of my life unless you change really fast.”

Disick didn’t seem too concerned with the warning, as he is shown throwing the pamphlets off his balcony following her departure.

Well, something must have clicked if he has entered rehab. Hopefully he will be able to get his actions under control and be a good father and boyfriend.

This Friday a judge awarded Sandra Bullock a 3 year restraining order. This was against a man who traveled across the country, just to see the actress after being released from a mental hospital! Scary!

Thomas James Weldon was ordered to refrain from trying to contact with Sandra or her adopted son Louis Bardo Bullock along with the children of ex-husband Jesse James.

This is not the first restraining order Sandra has placed agains Weldon. The orginal order was in 2003. The order expired last year as Weldon was keeping residence at a Tennessee mental hospital.

After his release earlier this year, he traveled to Wyoming in an alleged attempt to meet the actress, according to Bullock’s attorney Ed McPherson.
Weldon was committed indefinitely to a state mental hospital in Wyoming on Tuesday.

When Weldon was released, he headed to Wyoming to try and meet up with Sandra Bullock. He has since been committed to a mental hospital in Wyoming. He stay there is indefinite.

“It’s obvious that this fixation on her has not changed despite seven years in the hospital in Tennessee,” McPherson said.
Bullock did not attend Friday’s hearing.
