Mel Gibson, 54, was driving alone in his 2008 Maserati around 8:35PM on Sunday, when he lost control and crashed into a hillside in Malibu.

“Mr. Gibson supplied all the pertinent information to the officers at the scene, gave a statement and received a ride home from a friend,” Ramirez tells Us Weekly. “His vehicle was towed from the scene.”

Unlike his past 2006 driving drama, Ramirez tells Us: “Driving under the influence is not suspected in this accident.”

Gibson is currently embroiled in an ugly custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva over their 9-month-old daughter Lucia.

It’s just not even surprising anymore. First, Lindsay Lohan was released from jail after serving only 14 days of a 90 day sentence, and now she’ll be released from rehab before the “mandatory” 90 day stint.

According to TMZ, although doctors at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital have not written their final report yet, they have concluded that Lindsay’s psychiatric problems are not as bad as they first thought. Doctors also do not believe she’s as dependent on drugs as they first believed.

Sources tell TMZ that it is very likely Lindsay could be free as early as this week.

Only hurdle is that a judge must approve the release, but that shouldn’t be an issue. If the doctors clear her release, a judge will most likely agree.

HBO series “Entourage” will go air it’s last season next summer.

The network said during the Television Critics’ Association press tour Saturday that “next summer will definitely be the final season” of “Entourage.”

The show’s eighth and final season is expected to be an abbreviated one, possibly even just six episodes long.

But it may not be the end of the series; like prior HBO hit series “Sex and the City,” “Entourage” may be heading for the big screen.

“[Series creator Doug Ellin] clearly wants to write a film but wants to do it if it makes sense for the story,” HBO programming president Michael Lombardo said. “We have a long-term relationship with Doug Ellin, and I’m sure you’ll soon see another series from him here.”

Adrianne Curry claims that she was “molested” outside a Star Wars convention in Orlando over the weekend. She’s claiming a drunk man reached up her skirt and “molested” her.

Here’s the latest from TMZ:

Curry called police around 3:00 AM on Sunday to report the incident that allegedly went down in front of the hotel where the Star Wars expo was going down … but claims it took more than an hour before cops arrived on scene.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the officer who arrived at the hotel claims he “came in contact with the male as he lay in the bushes at the entrance to the hotel.”

The officer claims he spoke to multiple witnesses — one of which said the suspect “attempted several  times to fight several other people as they stood outside waiting to be picked up for the Star Wars convention.”

The man was eventually arrested for disorderly intoxication.

Curry later Tweeted, “cops are here..molesting pervert drunk in the back of their car…going to bed … i cannot believe last night happened….love starwars…but ready to leave.”
