Hilary Swank divorced Chad Lowe back in 2006 after being married to him for nine years. But, she doesn’t feel that she failed in her marriage, it’s just the opposite. She says it was successful and that she can continue to have monogamous relationships.

She explained: “A lot of people look at divorce as a failure. I really look at my relationship with Chad as 14 years of success. I will carry him in my heart forever. He’s a part of me. Friends of mine and I talk about this. Does someone come into your life for a certain time, and then you are supposed to go your separate ways? There’s a part of me that thinks that’s true.

“There are friendships that we grow out of. But I believe in the long haul. I believe in having a monogamous relationship.”

That’s a definite adult approach to divorce. Good for her, it sounds like she’s got a good head on her shoulders.

True Blood’s Civil War era vamp Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton) says that he doesn’t have time to really plan the sex scenes in the show because he’s too busy with food on the brain.

He said:

“The naked aspect is part and parcel of the show. And honestly, when I’m doing a sex scene, all I think about is the food I’m going to eat after the scene is finished.

“Everybody has to starve themselves so if they put the sex scene after lunch, it’s a f***ing nightmare. Believe me, there’s nothing exciting about doing those scenes.”

Tila Tequila is not the brightest crayon in the box. Apparently she was warned ahead of time that the Juggalos may not like her performance and might try to harm her.

She announced plans to launch legal action against the suspected attackers on Saturday – but Insane Clown Posse rapper Violent J insists Tequila was given advanced warning about unruly concertgoers in the crowd.

He claims the band had heard rumours about a planned stage assault prior to the event and offered Tequila the chance to back out of the gig before her scheduled set time on Friday.

He tells TMZ.com, “We told her about the rumor and she didn’t care… We paid her before the show and assured her that even if things got out of hand, she could keep the money if she had to leave the stage.”

Tequila wasn’t the only performer injured during the annual festival – rapper Method Man walked away from his show with cuts on his face after a beer can was launched at him while on stage.
