Valentine’s Day won’t be a time for love and all things soft and cuddly for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Since filing for divorce, we’ve learned that the couple’s divorce won’t be final until February 14, 2011.

TMZ reports:

Heidi’s lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, tells TMZ she just received Spencer Pratt’s signed acknowledgment that he’s been served with divorce papers. Under California law, Heidi has to wait 6 months after Spence gets served before the divorce is final, and Spencer was served on August 13.

We shall celebrate the day with margaritas and a huge celebration. Mark Valentine’s Day on your calendars as the day of destruction for Speidi!

Before saying “I do” with new hubby Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff was asked to sign a prenuptial agreement!

Comrie’s dad is the founder of a Canadian appliance and furniture empire, worth an estimated $500 million.

“It was a totally amicable agreement,” an insider says. “They love each other very much and knew this was just a technicality.”

I’m glad it was amicable, they are such a cute couple. She has assets to protect, too, so it’s all in fairness.

LeAnn Rimes is on the defense over a statement she made on her Twitter account referring to Eddie Cibrian and ex-wife Brandi Glanville’s sons as “her boys”. A fan (?) tweeted her, “Please remember those ‘boys’ have a Mother. It seems you don’t give credit to that. Hapnd to me not a good feeling.”"

LeAnn tweeted in response, “I do, but it doesn’t mean I can’t share our happiness. Please remember I’m a part of their lives too. Seems people don’t give credit to that.”

It’s bad that she stole Eddie away in the first place, but it’s also a good thing that she has accepted his children into her life.

That was a good question to ask her, though. I’m sure it was on everyone’s mind.
