Kat Von D is not afraid to date Jesse James. So he cheated on Sandra Bullock a few times. So he cheated on his other wife a few times. Meh… no bigger.

Here’s what Kat had to say about it.

“I am a believer that we’re all human and we’re all capable of making mistakes,” she said on the Kevin & Bean radio show on L.A.’s KROQ-FM Thursday. “I think if I were to be crucified for my drug addiction three years ago now, it would be hard to live with that. I’m sober now, and it’s awesome. But I have made mistakes, too.”

She added, “I’ve got a lot of respect for Jesse and how he handled it.”

Von D, 28, star of TLC’s LA Ink, said she’s known James, 41, since she was 22. “We’ve always been friends,” she said. “He had his show on Discovery; that’s how we met. I was looking for some advice when I first started on Miami Ink.”

“Just because I have tattoos doesn’t mean, ‘Oh, you guys are a perfect match,’” she said. “I think that I’m his type on a different level than people would assume.”

So one minute she says they’re dating, then she says they aren’t. Now it sounds like they are, so which is it?

As for him being a cheater, hopefully he has changed, I have seen it happen. But with Jesse James, I have my doubts. Good luck with this one Kat!

Project Runway judge Nina Garcia, 45, is expecting a little fashionable bundle of joy!

Nina is also the Fashion Director for Marie Claire. She is expected to deliver sometime in December.

She already has one son 3-year-old son Lucas. Nina says she will be having another boy.

“I’m having another boy!” Garcia, 45, told PEOPLE at Wednesday’s Target Kaleidoscopic Spectacular fashion show in New York. “We’re very excited to give our son a brother.”

Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and Tenley Molzahn both once fought against each other to win the heart of Jake Pavelka on The Bachelor. That’s ancient history though and they continue to remain friends. Currently Ali is rooting for Tenley & the object of her affection, former Bachelorette contestant Kipton Locke to win the $250,000 prize on the Bachelor Pad.

“Obviously, I’m biased. Tenley is a friend of mine,” Fedotowsky, 25, told UsMagazine.com at the Give & Get fete in West Hollywood Monday. “I think Tenley and Kiptyn will be doing a double date soon. So, those two, I will be rooting for them.”

And though she’s rooting for Molzahn, 26, and Locke, 32, to nab the $250,000 prize, Fedotowsky admitted that she doesn’t have what it takes to compete on the show.

“I’m way too competitive,” she said. “I would have never, never done it. I would have been a wreck on that show.”

In the meantime, the former Facebook advertising account executive is busy settling into life away from the cameras with fiance Roberto Martinez, 26.

“It’s like all of those amazing wonderful things he did for me on the show; I always thought, ‘Will all of these things transfer over into real life?’ And he’s just as ever romantic as he was then,” Fedotowsky told Us.

As for her upcoming nuptials, the reality star said she plans to lean on former Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas — who announced her own engagement last week — for wedding planning advice.

“I’ve been going to weddings my whole life, but for me, I don’t know where to begin,” she admitted. “So, I’m like, if you know ‘don’t ever go to this place’ or ‘don’t ever make the mistake of doing this,’ share those things with me! So, we haven’t yet, but once we get into the planning process we will share lots of tips.”

Is anyone watching the Bachelor Pad? I am hooked on it unfortunately. But I must say that Tenley drives me absolutely nuts on the show. She really annoys me! But I guess that makes good TV.
