Lindsay’s lawyer stood before judge Elden S. Fox this morning during a 10 minute hearing (which Lindsay did not attend), and the conditions of her probation were laid out. While Lindsay will be allowed to go back to work, she must also undergo a rigorous outpatient rehab program and go to regular counseling.

Here’s what the judge laid out for Lindsay this morning.

• She must undergo psychotherapy and addiction counseling several times a week until November.
• She must submit to random drug testing at least twice a week.
• She must remain in Los Angeles until November 1st.
• She must attend behavior therapy sessions twice a week.
• She must attend a 12-step program.

The judge also dismissed the two drug counts that the actress had pleaded guilty to in 2007. He also told her that if she complies with his orders, he’ll take her off supervised probation. She must attend all meetings, and submit to all drug tests.

On the other hand, if she flunks any of her alcohol tests, she’ll go to jail for 30 days.

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said that Lindsay is “looking forward to beginning anew, and having a productive life and schedule.”

TMZ ran a story earlier this morning that Timbaland was subject of a manhunt yesterday over a possible suicide attempt. This is what happened…

Apparently Timbaland called his brother-in-law, and was reportedly very upset about the theft of a piece of jewelry worth $2 million dollars. He suspected the piece was stolen from someone close to him. He left his home, apparently upset, and family members couldn’t find him – they became really worried and called the Sherrif’s office.

The police were able to locate Timbaland’s Escalade, and they pulled him over. They took him back to his home where they had paramedics evaluate him. Paramedics determined that he wasn’t a threat to himself, and left.

In the final minutes of Ryan Seacrest’s Los Angeles radio show Wednesday, Timbaland called in to set the record straight on a police report listing him as the subject of a “possible suicide attempt.”

On waking up this morning to the news:
“I dont know what happened to be honest with you. I don’t even know what people are talking about.”

On the reported theft of one of his watches by a close friend:
“[The theft] did happen, [but] it wasn’t a watch, it was something else.”

On the police report’s “possible suicide attempt”:
“The only thing that I did was take a drive to figure out how I was going to handle [the theft].”

On why people thought he may have been suicidal:
“I wasn’t talking, so I guess people got worried.”

“I tell people if my mom ain’t calling, or my brother or my best friend, then ain’t nothing to worry about.”

Mad Men beauty Christina Hendricks was chosen to be the face of London Fog’s fall campaign. She opened up to Entertainment Tonight about why she chose to model for the brand:

“London Fog is a classic brand, which I love,” Christina says. “It also ties in to ‘Mad Men.’ We used London Fog in the show and this was a nice way to tie everything together. The trench is such an iconic shape for men and women. It works for anyone — it worked in the 1960s and it works now.”

Christina was chosen for the campaign because of her sophistication, which is evidenced as she was recently named “Best-Looking Woman In America” by Esquire magazine.

Christina is modeling several different trench coat looks, but she says her favorite is the one that is very slim cut, so “it is very body conscious and I love all the details.”

But she says she discovered that the sexiest way to wear a London Fog trench coat is to wear it over nothing at all.

“…but if you want to walk out into the real world and not get arrested…” she laughs. “They are so flattering, it feels like a dress. I think it is nice with thin, pencil-shaped pants underneath and something low. Very simple. It is always good over a black dress, too.”

The black-and-white, multi-media campaign was created by the Iconix in-house marketing team and shot by photographer Nino Muñoz in Los Angeles. It will debut in October issues of fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Elle, Cosmopolitan and InStyle, outdoor and online.
