Everything changed for Heidi Montag when she went under the knife on Nov. 20, 2009 for a marathon 10 hours of plastic surgery — including her marriage to Spencer Pratt.

In Heidi’s shocking interview with Life &Style, the reality star says she blames herself for her divorce from husband, Spencer Pratt. “Spencer begged me not to get the first surgery and it almost broke up our relationship,” Heidi tells Life & Style of her 2007 nose job and breast augmentation. “Then he begged me not to get the second one and it did break our relationship.”

Married for just seven months at the time, supportive Spencer was forced to wait on his new wife hand and foot. Among his responsibilities? Pulling Heidi’s pants down so that she could go to the bathroom.

“It was just so much pressure,” she tells Life & Style. “No one wants to be taking care of his wife — who looks like she was in a horrific accident — 24 hours a day, when he begged her not to do it in the first place. Spencer didn’t sign up for this in our marriage.”

E! Online is reporting that Cake Boss baker Remy Gonzalez is behind bars in New Jersey following an August 18th arrest on an assortment of sex-crime charges.

He faces counts of aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child. No other details of the crimes were available.

He’s been sitting behind bars since his arrest, because he’s been unable to post his $300,000 bond. He’s set to appear before a judge on September 7th.

Gonzalez is married to head boss Buddy Valastro Jr.’s sister Lisa.

Yikes.

Statement E! Online received from TLC: “We support Buddy and the Valastro family during this very difficult and challenging time. The network respects the family’s wish for as much privacy as possible, and as this doesn’t involve us, we will not be commenting any further.”

Lady Gaga posed as her alter ego Jo Calderone on the cover of Japanese Men’s Vogue, shot by her favorite photographer, Nick Knight. While Gaga has not admitted that this is, in fact her, it’s pretty obvious. Images from this photo shoot leaked earlier this summer on Knight’s website. Also hinting that it’s in fact Gaga, her stylist Nicola Formichetti posted these two covers on his blog today, along with this excerpt from the interview.

Only miles from where Jesse James dropped off his daughters to their new Austin neighborhood school, Sandra Bullock was busy visiting Bess Bistro on Wednesday.

Though the two seem to be on amicable terms these days, Bullock may have trouble avoiding ex-husband Jesse James now that he has moved his family to Austin, Texas.

Their newly purchased homes are just 13 miles apart and Bullock’s two restaurants (Bess Bistro and Walton’s Fancy & Staple) are situated less than 2 miles from Jesse James‘ own Austin Speed Shop.

The close knit community that Austin is known for may create problems for the former couple, who are bound to cross paths in the city, whether they plan to do so or not.
