While Dolly Parton claims the rumor that she is Miley Cyrus’ godmother are not true, she is in fact her fairy godmother. She proclaims her love for Miley and appreciates her trying to grow up with the public watching.

If you think I’m going to sit here and pass judgment on Miley, you’re wrong,” Dolly told Access Hollywood earlier this week when asked about Miley’s outfit from the event. “I think she’s beautiful. I love her. She’s trying to grow up, you know, I remember when I was horny and young.”

“When you were what?” Access asked.

“Horny and young,” Dolly repeated. “I’m still horny!”

Dolly admitted she had previously seen the photos of Miley and she appreciates that the 17-year-old is growing up.

“I love her. I’ve seen them all. I think she’s beautiful,” Dolly said during an interview to promote her Hallmark Channel special, “25 Years of Dollywood.” “She’s got the legs that go forever. It’ll take people a while to get over her being ‘Hannah Montana.’ The girl’s talented. The girl’s beautiful and, you know, it’s shocking just like [she's] your own daughter. Everybody looks at her like [she's] your own kid… I’m not passing judgment. So, we can just leave that at that.”

Dolly went on to suggest the uproar over Miley’s changing looks and increasingly adventurous stage performances is overblown.

“She’s right there in public. How bad can it be? I mean, she’s on camera. It’s not like she’s, you know, selling her body,” Dolly continued. “She’s precious. I love her and I have nothing but wonderful things to wish for her and wonderful things to say about her.”

I can appreciate that coming from Dolly. I mean she obviously loves to flaunt her curves. She also receives much respect from her fans and fellow artists. So if Dolly wants us to let Miley express herself, then I’ll try to lay off her… for now.

The one thing that burns my ears a bit is Dolly talking about her and Miley being horny. I did not need to know that.

Here she is on a Starbucks run making some odd faces at the camera. Her bad hair extensions are showing and she looks a peeved when her body guards lead her in the wrong direction instead of straight to her car.

I can understand why she would be mad. She probably just wants to get in her car and escape all the paps that are trailing her all day long.

It’s Lindsay Lohan’s 24th birthday, so what does she get for her birthday? A punch in the face.

Lindsay took to her twitter to tweet about the happenings.

“A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason,” the actress Twittered around 1 a.m. PT.

A witness tells UsMagazine.com that Lohan — who sipped Red Bulls and hid her SCRAM bracelet with thigh-high boots — wasn’t exaggerating.

“The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face!” the insider tells Us. “Doug didn’t want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out.”

Then Lindsay proceeds to a party at Rockstar House and guess who is there? The waitress. Lohan gets upset over seeing her there and starts to cry. Doesn’t sound like a very happy birthday!

Zac Hanson, 24, and his wife are expecting their 2nd child. Zac is the drummer for his siblings group Hanson and the youngest member.

The drummer announced his wife Kate Tucker is pregnant with their second child during an interview with radio host Kidd Kraddick Thursday morning.

After Kraddick congratulated brother Taylor on his wife’s recent pregnancy, the lead singer then shifted the attention toward Zac.

“Are we breaking this? I think Taylor’s trying to break newer news,” Zac said. “I have a new new baby. It’s coming. Nobody even knows.”

The couple married in 2006 and have one son already named John Ira Shepherd, born on May 27, 2008.

There’s a rumor going that The Bachelor Jake Pavelka is being considered to pose in Playgirl Magazine. Much to many women and some men’s disappointment the offer has appeared to be shot down for the time being.

“Jake is not doing Playgirl — never considered it, never will,” a rep for Jake tells OK!. However, a pal of Jake explains to OK! that he has no problem with the mag.

“Jake has nothing against the publication, but it is personally just something he won’t ever do,” the insider says.

Daniel Nardicio, vice president of marketing at Playgirl, spoke to Popeater earlier in the week about Jake’s possible future in his magazine.

“We’re determining the value of a shoot with Jake, who exemplifies our classic American guy at Playgirl. It’s obvious he likes the limelight, and I intuit that he looks good naked,” said Nardicio of Jake.

Doesn’t look like we will ever find out if Jake looks good naked. But I am guessing that he does. Anyway, who knows, maybe if the price is right Jake will consider.
