Jasmine Waltz who is accused of giving Lindsay Lohan a punch in the face last Friday morning. Denies she ever hit the actress.

“All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional,” Waltz said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Friday night.”I didn’t hit her,”

Waltz added. “But I’d like to.”

According to sources the waitress was jealous over the attention Lindsay was giving to her ex boyfriend British Rugby star Danny Cipriani.

Lohan was celebrating her 24th birthday at Voyeur when the incident occured. Lindsay claims the waitress socked her for no reason. There’s always a reason Lindsay!

Voyeur is deciding how to discipline Jasmine for her inappropriate actions, but they claim she will likely be fired.

The marijuana charges against Paris Hilton have been dismissed by a court in South Africa.

Paris has been redeemed of her guilt because there was another person involved. Jennifer Rovero confessed to being in possession of the drug and pleaded guilty. By doing so, letting Paris off the hook.

Rovero is from New York and was sentenced to 30 days in jail or $130. I bet she took the $130!

A rep for Paris claims the whole incident was just a huge misunderstanding. Uh Huh.

“Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana,” a publicist for Hilton, Dawn Miller, said in a statement.

“However I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it,” the statement said. “The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made.”

When told the case had been dropped, Hilton said “thank you” and left the courtroom.

Hilton wrote on Twitter later: “Hey guys, there’s a lot of crazy rumors going around. Just want you all to know the truth. Everything is completely fine. I was not charged or arrested, cause I didn’t do anything.”

She said she was helping police with their investigation.
“Everyone was super nice and friendly to me,” Hilton wrote. “I love South Africa! Such an amazing place, especially during The World Cup! Hope that clears everything up.”

Hmmmm… so I guess she is innocent. What do you think?

Glee’s Heather Morris, who plays cheerleader Brittany on the hit show, walked out on the Twilight premier before it was even over. How rude!

But wait, it’s not because she wasn’t enjoying the movie. She actually has a valid excuse.

“The movie was good!” Morris explained to us at the Inaugural Thirst Project Gala in Los Angeles Tuesday. “It sucked because it went late and I had to go to the airport to pick up my friend so I had to leave like halfway through the movie. I felt so rude!”

Despite her premature departure, Morris is an avid fan of the Twilight Saga. “I love the books,” she said. “I love Stephenie Meyer. And I like Kristen Stewart a lot.”

Heather also admitted to switching teams after seeing the movie. “I was Team Edward in all the books, but I think in the movies I’m Team Lautner.”

I think she is referring to the fact that Taylor is shirtless through most of the movie. I guess that could make a girl switch teams.

Paris Hilton was arrested in South Africa in a drug related charge.

The hotel heiress was at the Brazil vs. Netherlands World Cup match. Then she was taken out of the stadium by police around 8:00pm. She was brounght to the Mount Road Police Station.

“There is an inquiry… I don’t want to comment further” Provincial Head of Detectives in Port Elizabeth, Mark Magadlela told Dispatch Online. An unnamed police officer told the Associated Press that the heiress was found with marijuana, which is known locally as “dagga.”

“She was found in possession of some amount of dagga,” the officer told the news service. “We don’t know how much. It’s a high profile person, only the top cops are dealing with it.”

Paris took to her Twitter to write, “South Africa is such a beautiful place. Loves it!” She did not mention being arrested in her tweet.
